The house has an approx. 500m² green area, living room, 4 bedrooms, bathroom with shower stall, 2 kitchens, one of which is an open concept with a barbecue and sink. The house's private outdoor area features a huge lawn, swimming pool, lake, lakeside deck and garage. Great location! 5-minute walk to the village beach, 7 minutes to downtown Saquarema and 9 minutes to the bus station. Bathtub not included. We do not offer bedding.

Casa de praia com a melhor localizaçao do centro de praia seca, a 5 minutos a pé da lagoa e os mesmos 5 minutos tambem a pé ate a rua principal, a rua faz esquina com o calcadao cultural onde se localiza o pier onde a barca sai para o centro de araruama onde fica a rodoviaria.
