The stay in the apartment was great, the air is only in the living room but it leaves everything super cold, the house very functional and fits up to 5 people, in addition to being 1 block of the beach is close to everything but maintains the silence for not being stuck in the center of capão. Lidiane was very receptable and responded extremely fast, in addition to being very flexible with check-in and checkout times. The only negative point that does not have a washer / dryer or tank to wash the laundry, I found it bad if you spend more days or have more people in the apartment, but everything met expectations!

The apartment is great, well located and the photos represent the reality very well, in addition to having a beautiful view of the beach and the sunrise.

Hosting was great!! Local very safe and Denise's family lives next door, you can leave everything open, no problem. My dogs loved the courtyard that is huge. I felt at home and we were very well received by Daniel

The first time I rent a place on the beach with a comfortable mattress and shower running perfectly, without needing to pray to heat up kkkk. We love your stay and plan to come back next summer. We had a great stay at the apartment! The location is perfect – right in front of the beach, with a wonderful view of the sea. The property was very clean and well organized, exactly as in the photos of the ad. The kitchen was equipped, wi-fi working well and the beds were comfortable, ensuring good nights of sleep. The host was very attentive and quickly responded to all the messages, which made us very comfortable. We also like the extra touches like towels, linens, blankets, everything clean and smelling and a wonderful welcome candy bar. The condominium is safe and quiet, ideal for those who want to rest (in this case in the low season). We are delighted and we will definitely return!
