We had a wonderful stay at this sweet home in Sesimbra, Portugal. The home felt clean, private, safe and comfortable. We loved the layout of the home and especially how the family room opened up to the view of the pool. The backyard is a nice view of farmland as well homes tucked into the hills. The kitchen was nicely equipped with what we needed to make simple meals at home. The backyard is such a relaxing oasis and our kids loved swimming in the pool. Joana and Luis were responsive, kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here. Be sure to visit the town of Sesimbra because it carries its own charm.

We enjoyed staying at this house.The decor is beautiful—stylish but still super cozy—and you can tell a lot of thought was put into how the space is set up. The beds were comfy, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor area. Having both a barbecue and a fire pit made it perfect for spending evenings outside, grilling food, chatting, and just enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The kitchen was also well stocked with all the utensils and tools we needed, which made cooking meals easy and enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better,just a short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches in Comporta, and close to amazing restaurants. Guillerme was a fantastic host. He gave us super clear instructions before check-in, shared great local recommendations, and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. He was always quick to reply if we had any questions, which made the experience even better.

We hosted an intimate wedding at the Quinta and everyone loved it. It has nice views morning and night. The quinta is big to have some family stay over with us. Antonio is very responsive whenever we need help aswell. A little bit hard to find on google maps or uber/bolt, but you just need to be clear on instructions for guests coming. Sintra town is very closeby too, lots of parking space if you have car 😊

Amazing place, the view is so incredible, we spent a really great time at the villa, it is peaceful, beautiful and private! If I come back to Portugal I would definitely want to come back! Thank you again for everything!

This is the second time we have visited this lovely property and location. It is highly recommended - Carlos and team are amazing hosts - property is exactly as in pictures and the hosts are always on hand to help and reply to queries. Most importantly the property is private with a lovely little pool and outside area which we enjoyed. Finally the Beach is only 5 minutes away by car. What more could one want! 😁

We had a wonderful stay with my family at Susan's place. The location was perfect, really peaceful and was exactly what we were looking for. The pool was a great highlight, absolutely perfect. The house was clean, bedrooms small but you don't need more. The bathrooms spacious, good water pressure :) The kitchen has everything you need and also is very big and has a really nice view. Susana is a great host, responded really quickly, Also Sonia the housekeeper was super sweet and attentive. She came every day to clean. This was a great plus! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great stay. Very private and nice to walk around and see the animals. Incredible view and the pool was amazing! Perfect for a couple looking to get away from Lisbon but not too far to drive!

Probably one of the best airbnbs I have ever stayed at. Patricia was extremely helpful for whatever is needed and very flexible with check in times. Lovely pool and jacuzzi. Overall a fantastic experience

We had a wonderful stay! Just a short summary of pros and cons: + Antonio and Maria were great hosts - communication and help was excellent when needed. They brought fresh bread every morning which means less driving to the next town as a guest - fantastic! The house has an amazing view. which is almost unbeatable. The neighborhood is calm with no hotels/noise. - Compared to the fotos it was a bit smaller and older/with signs of normal use than we expected, but of course its sometimes difficult to tell by pictures. Since its southern Europe, be prepared for some insects (has nothing to do with the accommodation but might be helpful to know) - but Antonio and Maria had us prepared with some mosquito repellents and insecticide sprays. The lower bathroom has a strange smell when the drain hasn't been used regulary - but Antonio offered help immediately after we wold him and eventually it improved . All in all a great stay just with some small hints you should know - thank you again!

We loved our stay at Gonçalo's place. Beautiful, tranquil and chic, the space was the perfect hideaway for our vacation in Comporta. Close to all the beaches, restaurants and everything the area has to offer. The large, lofty and airy space is tastefully decorated with beautiful artwork, lovely furniture and small touches. The large eating and many sitting areas inside and out offered lots of options to lounge, relax, read a book or nap. Notably, Gonçalo is a cool and interesting guy. He gave us insider recommendations for hidden beaches we would have never discovered on our own. A special treat was Gonçalo's assistant Inês who made our stay incredible. She welcomed us warmly, took care of small requests, offered advice on local restaurants, and even hand picked fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden! Thank you Inês for making us feel at home! Highly recommend staying here if your looking for a chic and designer space in Comporta.

It was such a bliss! Sophie and Thomas are amazing hosts and the house really felt like home: all furniture and utensils were in top conditions. Cleanliness was impeccable. Location made it so easy to eat well. Would definitely go back!

We consider this house to be on another level when it comes to the traditional Airbnb. You are essentially living in a private part of a palatial mountainside with amazing views of the forest , coastline and sunsets. The house is an ancient hermitage that is supremely well kept and the owners’ sophistication shines through. The gardens and terraces are absolutely beautiful and a joy to walk around with ponds, fountains and lovely forest pathways. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to make delicious meals. Beds are very comfortable and Mariana, the housekeeper, keeps the house spotless and the grounds are very well kept by the gardener. Cristina who owns the property is the most generous host who greeted us with a delicious homemade quiche and other provisions so we did not have to go shopping upon our arrival which was fantastic after a long journey. When visiting Sinatra, this home is such a privilege and will only enhance your stay!

Incredible stay in Comporta in this beautiful typical cabin. The pictures are not deceiving, the house is even more beautiful in real life, the exteriors are magnificent, the garden is very well maintained and the jasmine is exceptional!

It was our best experience with Airbnb by far. Everything was just perfect: amazing views, well equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, powerful shower, comfortable bed. Falling asleep to the sound and smell of the sea felt like the best feeling in the world! The host was super responsive, helpful and provided great recommendations of things to do in the area. We were completely delighted with the stay! The house is in a super quiet place, surrounded by nature, you can only hear birds and chickens, which makes everything even more relaxing. Everything was impeccably clean and the house smelled great upon arrival. The pool is a true paradise, with warm water thanks to the sun that shines all day! Patrícia was amazing, super helpful and attentive. He left us a wine and some welcome tapas that tasted really good. They were perfect days, with nothing to point out. We recommend it 100% and we hope to come back soon!

We loved our stay at Figueiredo’s place. Perfect for us as a couple, with a private pool and deck to relax on in the evening. Quiet location within easy reach of Cascais, via Uber or a short walk, with its great food options. Communication was easy and everything was as described. Would highly recommend this place is you are looking for somewhere quiet near Cascais.

Fantastic stay. The house is large, well-equipped, and ideal for groups or families. The pool area was clean and inviting—perfect for both lounging and entertaining. Inside, every convenience was thought of: good Wi-Fi, smart appliances, and plenty of space to spread out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and style. A big thank you to Rocio for being such a thoughtful and responsive host — check-in was smooth and they made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.

Cute and cozy yet spacious home, with a nice yard, next to cute little village of Comporta. Kitchen had what we needed for us to comfortably prepare meals, and house already had basic bathroom and kitchen supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, shampoo/bodywash, etc.), plus a bottle of wine which was very nice! Area is very quiet, calm, and great for families. Pool was clean and spacious, never felt too busy. Small grocery store inside the complex was reasonably priced and very practical. The nearest beach is beautiful, but a 30 min walk (with kids), including a stretch on a major road, so not practical. It was a 5 min drive but parking filled quickly. The village of Comporta is cute but small and was busy, but other options for restaurants just a short drive (within 10-20 min) away, and many other beaches to explore along the coast. Overall, Carla was a great host and we enjoyed our stay.

We spent a wonderful 9 days at Christoph's place. We've stayed at a number of airbnb rentals over the years and we would rate the Casa Belavista as our absolute favorite. The apartment is wonderfully equipped with a complete kitchen, comfortable beds, well stocked bathrooms, nice furniture and an outdoor space that is private, peaceful and relaxing. Christoph and Doris were more friendly and helpful than we could have hoped for, which made for a fantastic experience. I would recommend that guests rent a car to enjoy all of the nearby places that can be seen and experienced. The area has quite a number of historical sites and a rich history. Would we stay there again? ABSOLUTELY!!!

Paula was amazing, so helpful, went over and beyond to help us and provide us with lots of info. So friendly, offered to book restaurants for us etc The house is fabulous better than the pictures for location and peacefulness . Swimming pool was lovely all the outside sofas. The view of the mountains was just wonderful. You need a car to drive to village, best village is azetitio, lovely restaurants and shops. Great local cafe and very reasonable compared to london prices. We drove to different places and different beaches. Loved Lisbon 44 mins away. Cascais was a pretty town but too touristy. Comporta was amazing, super special, wonderful place to eat and unusual shops. We drove to it 1hour but you. A get a ferry from Setabul €35 for three people. Thank you Paula for a great stay.
