A restful place to stay while exploring the Sintra area. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and very pleasant. Easy parking outside, short drive to tourist attractions and beaches. Recommended.

Je recommande cet appartement pour ceux et celles qui cherchent une auberge dans un très beau quartier pas bruyant. Proche du centre, à 5-6 euros en taxi) L’appartement est conforme à la description. Propre et soigné. Une belle terrasse offre une vue magnifique sur la rivière et le quartier. Nous avons tout apprécié, pas de bémol, donc à recommander.

Located in an old city area very close to the #18 Tram stop, city bus stop, restaurants, pastry shop and market. City street parking is free and we always found a spot within 100m. We felt like locals while walking the neighborhood. One note - google maps puts you at the intersection but the yellow apartment building was not apparent. I emailed the host and she greeted me from a second story window.

Wir haben uns bei Bruno und Rita sehr wohl gefühlt. Die beiden haben immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und waren auch persönlich sehr sympathisch. Sie haben uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Das Haus und besonders der Ausblick vom einen Schlafzimmer ist ein Traum - jede Nacht das Wellenrauschen zu hören, war einfach wundervoll. Die Küche hat auch alles, was man braucht. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

We can highly recommend this accommodation! The house with the pool, great rooms and bathrooms as well as lounges was just wonderful. Everything has been thought of in the furnishings and equipment. We loved everything about this house! The sunset in the nearby lagoon made the stay perfect. Mafalda is a great host and communication was always friendly and extremely helpful. Ricardo’s barn is not only a stunning renovation but a true sanctuary — the design, space plan, textures, linens, outdoor spaces, levels and thoughtful touches make this one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in… and I’ve stayed in a lot! Azenhas do Mar is only 5-7 minute drive which is incredible and the small town nearby is charming and friendly. Ricardo was an excellent host and provided us with groceries, vino, etc when we arrived. So kind! We absolutely loved it and would highlight recommend to anyone considering a stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Leonor’s place. It is spacious and very tastefully decorated and the patio is definitely the best part. Leonor was very responsive and helpful. Would visit again :)

Wir hatten bei AirBnB noch nicht oft ein so gepflegtes, stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtetes und gut ausgestattetes Haus gemietet! Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und großzügig und es ist mehr als die nötige Ausstattung vorhanden - Strandtücher, Bademäntel, Vorräte zur Benutzung in der Küche etc. Das Haus liegt zwar nicht ganz so idyllisch in einem etwas abgelegenen Neubaugebiet (was für uns aus dem Inserat jedoch bekannt war), dafür aber sehr praktisch für Ausflüge nach Lissabon oder ans Meer. Ein Auto ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Danke für den großartigen Aufenthalt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

We enjoyed staying at this house.The decor is beautiful—stylish but still super cozy—and you can tell a lot of thought was put into how the space is set up. The beds were comfy, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor area. Having both a barbecue and a fire pit made it perfect for spending evenings outside, grilling food, chatting, and just enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The kitchen was also well stocked with all the utensils and tools we needed, which made cooking meals easy and enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better,just a short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches in Comporta, and close to amazing restaurants. Guillerme was a fantastic host. He gave us super clear instructions before check-in, shared great local recommendations, and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. He was always quick to reply if we had any questions, which made the experience even better.

It was our best experience with Airbnb by far. Everything was just perfect: amazing views, well equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, powerful shower, comfortable bed. Falling asleep to the sound and smell of the sea felt like the best feeling in the world! The host was super responsive, helpful and provided great recommendations of things to do in the area. Highly recommend this Airbnb! Check in was extremely easy Simone was there to walk us through everything and was very responsive throughout the planning process. The apartment itself was very clean and included a full kitchen as well as a washer. Situated in a quiet corner but only takes 10-15 minutes to travel into the main city.

Der Aufenthalt bei Silvia war super. Die Unterkunft war nur ein paar Straßen vom Meer entfernt mit einem wunderschönen Strand fast vor der Haustür. In Sesimbra kann man gut wandern, es gibt diverse Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, die Lage war perfekt. Silvia war immer erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Es war auch möglich früher zu einzuchecken und später zu fahren. Die Unterkunft war sauber, hatte eine kleine Küche und sogar einen Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine. Alles war hervorragend! Ich würde dort immer wieder Urlaub machen. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

The location was unbeatable—tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood but still just 20 minutes from Lisbon centre which has amazing restaurants, shops, and attractions. We loved waking up to the natural light pouring in, enjoying coffee on the balcony, and relaxing after a day of exploring. If you’re lucky enough to find this place available, BOOK IT IMMEDIATELY! This is a lovely well equipped 2 bed apartment in the Bairro do Rosario suburb of Cascais. Communication with the host was excellent and the garden and pool area are a real bonus. It is a 15 min walk to de Inferno and a good 35 min walk into the centre of Cascais. However there are bus stops close by to the apartment which have regular timetables. There are a number of lovely restaurants close by at Casa de Guia, and the Ophelia cafe on the next street is lovely for breakfast whilst the sacolinha bakery at the end of the street is excellent. The small supermarket at the end of the street is good for small amounts, the large Pingo Doce 5 mins walk away has a much larger selection. A very relaxing stay

Great host and apartment! The location is good and there are many nice restaurants and supermarket around the area. Will definitely come back again in our next visit in Lisbon.

This was my first trip to Lisbon and I couldn't have asked for a more welcoming and special place to stay. The amenities were fantastic! I especially loved the view of the water and being able to open the windows. I also enjoyed the shared backyard lounge space to hang out and have a glass of wine. Transportation was easily accessible and plenty of options for take away food. I loved this place because it was a little ways but not far from the busier part of the city. The bed was very comfortable! I also much appreciated the local recommendations and directions!
