Juliana is a great host and the house is nice, convenient and perfect as a beach house. Has all you need to make your stay perfect. Security in the Compound is tight, sometimes too picky when it comes to guests entering the premises, even for a day visit. Plan ahead and register them in advance. The house is beautiful and has a smart architecture, providing spaces for both conviviality and rest - not to mention that it is very close to the beach. The kitchen is complete with several utensils and appliances, which was very welcome to our group that had children. Erika was very kind and proactive throughout our stay. Our stay at Casa Tiê was amazing! The house is beautiful, new and super charming! It had everything we needed and the description of the listing was faithful to what we found there! Full of whimsical details and impeccable cleanliness. The place in the middle of the forest is unique! Super quiet for rest days. Mateus was helpful and proactive at the reception. We will definitely return and recommend the stay!!!

The house is perfect! It is very complete, has everything, is well located in the condominium, with easy access to the highway! The house's gardening is beautiful and integrated with nature, this place is peaceful! Suzana gave several tips and was always helpful! I liked it a lot! It is a very large house, with several guest rooms, where the pool area, living room and kitchen are shared. I went in low season (June) and the house was very quiet. I stayed in the guest house with my husband, two children and two babies, and it served us perfectly. You can hear the sound of the sea, the view is simply perfect. The kitchen is very complete, I just missed a microwave, but the shared kitchen has everything, and it can be used. It had clean bedding and pillows. I loved that there was a full-length mirror in the bedroom and a clothesline on the floor (that's really needed). The only downside is that the road to get there is very bad. If you don't have a car, I don't recommend it. The beach is not so close on foot, as it is necessary to go down the hill to get there, and the path is quite deserted, surrounded by forest, beautiful, but I found it dangerous to walk alone. That's why I couldn't get out on foot with a stroller.

Very nice and cozy accommodation! The integration with the forest is amazing! The very polite and kind host and Mr. Zezinho is always smiling on his face and ready to help. Henrique's home is certainly an excellent accommodation for those who enjoy nature and do not give up comfort!

This house is such a special location, we loved staying in this architectural gem! The glass fronts offer stunning views over the sea, you are surrounded by the jungle-like nature and animals. The beaches nearby are absolutely stunning, just note that the food options in walkable distance are closed at night. We had a really wonderful, relaxed and quite time in Felix, exploring the neighborhood, surfing, hanging by the beach and of course enjoying our livingroom views! Also communication with the hosts was super smooth and quick and check-in was very easy, would 100% recommend staying here!

Romain's house was the perfect place for our stay in Picinguaba. In the left corner of the beach, the house is isolated from the center of the village and you feel alone in nature. From the huge wooden balcony, you can see a beautiful view of the other end of the beach and the entire neighboring stretch of the São Paulo coast, as well as the Serras do Mar and Bocaina on the horizon. The house was impeccably clean, the furniture and kitchen utensils well maintained. Romain was still super helpful and quick to respond, even from afar, and the people responsible for the house (Gal and Cacau) were friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out. The house still has access to a charming and delightful stone beach for relaxing away from human presence. We'll be back more often for sure!

Refuge is sensational, you experience a part of the world and nature that you normally only see in movies and soap operas. The kitchen is excellent, the deck, garden, the bedrooms, the whole surroundings. I hope to return soon.

Loved staying at Luciana’s beautiful condo in Ubatuba! It has all the creature comforts of home, super central location to plenty of restaurants, shops and beaches. Grateful Luciana was able to loan us some bath towels are they are not included originally. As a host Luciana is gracious and very helpful! If you’re looking for a charming, peaceful retreat look no further!

What a wonderful experience to spend the weekend at the house! My boyfriend and I were very well received by Flavia and her husband, a very nice couple, and Flavia made sure to help us with anything we needed. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and with a lot of attention to detail in the decoration. It feels like a family home. The bedroom and bathtub upstairs were a great plus and we were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was sensational and being able to hear the waves breaking from the house was priceless! We highly recommend staying at this house and we will definitely return to take the family with us.

Our stay at Hilda's place was simply amazing! The house is beautiful, very well equipped and surrounded by nature, on a plot with spectacular sea views. Everything there conveys comfort and peace, exactly what is expected of a beach house. We feel safe and enjoy every dawn, waking up early to watch the sun rise in the ocean. One of the highlights was the direct access from the terrain to the rocks by the sea, from where we could admire the waves and the sunrise. Hilda was a great host, always attentive and agile in answering any question, which made us feel very well taken care of. And Emerson, who takes care of the house, always welcomed us with a smile and even gave us fresh bananas! It was a shame our stay was short, because we would have stayed longer! Not only do we highly recommend to those who want to stay close to Itamambuca beach, but we will definitely return one day.

Michael's house is lovely! Typical caiçara, but with very comfortable sophisticated details. We spent 5 incredible days as a family. The house is more beautiful live: illuminated, airy and we love the kitchen and living room with high feet, clean decor and wonderful views of the sea. The Sunset and the Moon yielded beautiful memories. The suite is a coziness only, high bed and indirect lighting. All impeccable. A haven of peace and comfort. The house is close to the parking lot, the climb is quiet and the handrail helps. Inside, everything is new and works well (the dishwasher made life easier). Michael was an amazing host. Cordial, kind, attentive, that cares about your guests. We saw this in the welcoming messages, in the care of the house and in the details of the very tasteful decoration. We love the mattresses, bedding, towels, futons, curtains and linen cushions, as well as local art. We were surprised by the medicine and hygiene kit. How careful! Only praise the experience! We'll be back soon!

The place is amazing, we had a little problem with rainwater entering the second floor but otherwise it was all perfect, the hosts are extremely friendly and responded to all my messages quickly! In the end is well worth it if you like a Boa Vista, a good location for the beaches beyond the very nice and cozy space! I hope to return some day

8 days immersed in nature with comfort and safety! 10-star rating for the cleanliness of the house: for sheets/towels/blankets and new covers (we used them!)/kitchen utensils/deck/outdoor and indoor space... The view is incredible (from everywhere in the house!), the house is much better than in the photos, it has a unique and cozy decor! We cooked (it has everything!), we barbecued, we ordered delivery (recommended by Fabio), we had the presence of all the birds in the photos, toucan, squirrel... enjoying nature and the immensity of the sea from the deck is divine! Excellent wifi (we worked in meetings at one point, all 4 of us, and the Internet worked perfectly!). Fabio was always very present for any need (we spent beautiful days!) his prior guidance is essential: we used all the recommended paths to the beach (the walk is worth every minute), we went to the island in front, we played dominoes/bingo (which were available in the house), we used frescobol/beach chair/his sun guard! wait for us Fabio! we'll be back!
