Dining and living room with 32" TV, fiber optic Wi-Fi, and a relaxing balcony with a hammock. It is about 900 meters from the Fishing Village of Barra Grande and 3 km from the center of Maragogi. The most peaceful location in the region, in front of the natural pools and a few meters from the Caminho de Moisés and Antunes Beach. Private parking, we have a day and night caretaker. Gather family and friends at this paradisiacal spot in Maragogi. Cozy house with a spectacular view of the best beach in the city. The house has spacious suites with all the comfort you deserve. It has free, covered garage, as well as a maid included throughout the accommodation for cleaning and organization. The land has 2 more chalets, a shared barbecue area, a common sense of use. We do not make a reservation for the leisure area.
