An excellent option for family vacations, especially for those traveling with children. The house is very close to the quiet beach, which provided moments of fun and also rest. Without a doubt, it is an option that meets the needs of those seeking leisure and comfort during the holidays very well, as the house has a cozy atmosphere and a great location.

Our stay was perfect. We chose Leandro's house in order to rest. The house is far from the center, around 10km. Praia calm. We were lucky with the weather, as it did not rain any day. There's a little store next door that has everything to buy. Leandro lives next to the house and any need is to resort to him, who has always attended us willingly. From house to sea are only 50 meters. You can see the sea from the gate. You have to bring bed linens and dishcloth. We take our Pet. It has a huge backyard for him. We used the barbecue a lot. It has air conditioning in both bedrooms. City Hall has no air-conditioning in the living room, but you don't need it, as the place is cool. Only one microwave was missing, to make it easier to heat food faster. Great value.

Prainha Beach House is perfect. Communication with Angela and Jorge to arrange check-in and check-out times was easy and quick. They're very polite. The space is wonderful: super clean, fragrant linens and blankets, full kitchen and a coffee machine that I want to buy. In addition to having a barbecue with everything you need, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The Internet is also very good, my husband needed to work during the week and made calls with ease. The house is close to the beach, and the deck allows you to see how the waves are and whether the beach is too crowded or not. My dog loved the space on the grounds. 🐕🤍 And to top it off, there's still a booklet with an indication of everything you have to do nearby: restaurants, surf lessons, pilates, best place to buy a bikini... I definitely recommend it and intend to return!

Great location! Adriana was super clear in her instructions and always responded quickly. The apartment is spacious, right on the sand and check-in was very flexible. We recommend it!

We love our stay! The house is cozy and very well located. We feel super comfortable every day. A single point of attention was the noise of the air conditioning in the back room, which bothered a little at night, but nothing that compromised the experience. We will definitely return more often!

Great house with 5 suites, living room and kitchen with internal barbecue, full kitchen, lots of silverware, electros, very good dishwasher! Great, clean pool, your Antonio every 3 days is cleaning, outdoor barbecue great! Flawless garden! We were receptionist for Fatima, a sweetheart who knows everything about the house! Anyway I recommend, very satisfied!

Nice apartment! it's the 4th time we rented in this Residential!!! First time in Gabrielle's depto, which has everything indicated in the listing! Close to the cove beach, bars, shops, market, bakery, we didn't need to use the car for almost anything. Flexible key delivery, no bureaucracy. The host always answered my questions. At the last minute, my parents went along, I told Fabio, who made an exception to the number of guests without changing the daily rate. I only have compliments and thanks. The beach is beautiful, calm sea, warm water, many places to visit. It's also very close to the beach, you can walk there.
