My romantic, detached, simple wooden house is located away from hectic everyday life, in Prättigau at 1250 meters above sea level with wonderful views of the Grisons mountains. Nearby towns are Klosters 30 minutes, Davos 45 minutes, Chur 30 minutes away. The Prättigau is great for hiking and biking. My beloved place is consciously for those guests who are not looking for entertainment and luxury, but nature. Village shop 10 minutes by car, Berghaus Fideriser Heuberge at 2000 meters above sea level with restaurant 20 minutes. We rent from May to October.

(Für Deutsch: please scroll) Rustic, quietly located house where you hear the sound of rippling water, from the Chummerbach and from a small source next to the house. Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

Wander- und Bikewege sowie die Skipiste gleich neben dem Haus, falls genug Schnee und die Piste präpariert ist. Der Bahnhof Davos-Laret und er Schwarzsee ist in nur 10min zu Fuss erreichbar. Erholsame Ferien oder spannende Ferien mit der ganzen Familie. Sie sind bei uns jederzeit herzlich Willkommen.

The apartment can accommodate couples, small families or solo travelers and invites you to linger with lots of charm and stunning views of the mountains. In summer, hiking trails start right at your doorstep. In winter, you can reach the ski resorts of Klosters-Davos and Grüsch-Danusa in a short time.

The apartment is on the second floor of our house and has been lovingly preserved and restored in the wood style. It is simply and stylishly furnished so that you feel right at home away from home. It is spacious and offers a large balcony with incredible views over the Prättigau with a view of Klosters at the back of the valley. The house is built on the southern slope and enjoys many hours of sunshine. Peace and tranquility are guaranteed here! Most comfortable for 4 guests.

The small (about 30 square meters) and cozy 2 1/2 room apartment is located on the sunny side just above Küblis near the hamlet of Tälfsch. The apartment is idyllically located on a farm. Also possible for an extra charge a crib, high chair etc. almost everything available! (Price on request). In winter, there is the possibility to ski or sled in nearby Klosters/Davos, Fideris (Heuberge) or Grüsch (Danusa). In summer there are many beautiful hiking trails and mountain lakes.

Unser Studio liegt zentrumsnah (15 Minuten zu Fuss zum Bahnhof/Zentrum) und doch in Ruhiger Lage. Es ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuss in der Badi (Sommer), Eisfeld (Winter), dem Sportzentrum mit Tennisplatz, Spielplatz, Zwergenweg, einem kleinen Supermarkt und die Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke. (5 Minuten mit dem Bus zum Bahnhof und der Talstation Gotschnabahn). Die Langlauf-Loipe ist direkt hinter dem Haus.

The apartment has a large balcony and behind the house there is a fenced garden with seating and barbecue facilities, where the pets are allowed to run freely. Salis 06 by Arosa Holiday

Spacious and bright 4.5 -room apartment located on 2nd floor of a residential building along the main road of Arosa but situated in the more quiet back part of the building. It’s a modern, comfortable and lovely decorated apartment that offers spectacular views of Arosa. The terrace offers a wonderful mountain view, and the fireplace gives place for cozy evenings together. The ski lifts, bus stop and lake «Obersee» are only a few minutes’ walk away.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
