It has a quick and easy access to Davos and Davos Congress Center (by car or by public transport) and to other ski areas in the region. The WEF shattle stop is just 30 meters away by the Silvretta Hotel.

The attic apartment is located in a Walser house that was built in 1847. In 2019, the whole house was completely renovated. The apartment is a gem and is located approx. 150 meters from the valley station of the Tschiertschen ski resort. In summer, Tschiertschen is the perfect starting point for beautiful hikes and great bike tours. The apartment is very well equipped. In the old part there is a living room with original painted wooden beetle and 2 spacious bedrooms for 2 people each. In the large kitchen, there is the wood-operated old stove, next to which a modern kitchen has been installed, which leaves nothing to be desired.
