Lugan is located 3.5 km from the Toulouse-Albi highway, 30 minutes from Toulouse, 30 minutes from Albi and 15 minutes from Gaillac. Independent cottage next to the owners' house. Two terraces, one of which is 30 m², garden, access to swimming pool and outdoor games shared with the owners. Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, toilet. Second floor: bedroom with private shower room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet. Electric heating + wood-burning stove. Free baby equipment upon request.

You will be impressed by the high quality of our house, its peaceful surroundings, its panoramic views and its unique location. This is a place where you'll build memories with family or friends, whether that is to explore the region, enjoy the sunshine or simply spend time with loved ones. The swimming pool is private (8x4, depth of 1.5 m). Entirely renovated in 2021, our house is modern, welcoming, ACed and it can accommodate up to 12 people in great conditions. See you there!

The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

Renovated apartment, downtown Lavaur, quiet and bright on the 3rd floor of our family home. Independent access by stairs or private elevator. Ideal for one night as well as for a long stay. Bed sheets, bath towels, and exit cleaning are included in the price. Remote work will be possible thanks to the internet connection and the office area. In the heart of the hamlet of Montlougue, in the Tarn, between sunflower fields and the edge of the woods, our charming gite and guest house is an old farmhouse from 1850, completely renovated to offer authentic and comfortable accommodation. Ideally located halfway between Toulouse, Albi and Montauban, it welcomes families and groups of friends in a peaceful and green setting. In summer, you can enjoy the private rental of the building and its four spacious suites.

The M&M gîte is a small house located in the quiet Teyssodaise countryside. This cottage comes with a swimming pool reserved for tenants, open throughout the summer season. This cottage is independent of the main house where we live. We do not accept other pets because we have our dog Tina and our two cats Gigi and Jojo and 4 chickens. We are located 15 minutes from Lavaur, 50 minutes from Toulouse, 25 minutes from Castres.
