Holiday rentals with a patio in Prawet

We love and enjoy this booking so much. It is the very wonderful condominium and building. Absolutely we would choose it again when back to Bankok again in the future!

the host was very nice and helpful. they were always fast to respons, if we had any questions. on our about 1.5 week stay they had our airbnb cleaned and brouchg fresh towels. we thought that was a great addition. all in all it was great experience and i would book again with them.

Pat is a wonderful, very respectful and quick to communicate person, but the house has sounds from outside because of cars and bicycles, it is difficult to sleep, sounds all the time, the place is clean, it lacks some things only, but in general it is good and the location is ideal

It’s a peaceful and charming oasis in the middle of vibrant Bangkok. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Nym herself. She is the kindest and most helpful host we’ve ever met on Airbnb. Her valuable advice and local tips helped us make the most of our time in Bangkok. And when we accidentally left some valuable items behind, she immediately helped us and sent them via express delivery — we are beyond grateful! Nym, you are the best host on all of Airbnb! My friends and I stayed here for a few nights. The house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, perfect for a group stay. The air conditioning worked well (super cold), and the location is convenient with walking distance to cafés nearby and to the BRT. We especially loved the games room, it kept us entertained for hours. The neighbourhood was peaceful. We had a small issue with a room door lock, but the host managed to arrange a locksmith, even late at night, which we really appreciated. Recommended for a fun stay with friends!

The place is really as per the pictures, it’s very well located near BTS but also near the Sathon Pier, which is super convenient to move on the river. All in all, a great stay!

This Airbnb is an amazing space designed by the host Chureerut. It is designed like a traditional Thai house we all stayed in the house and is incredibly stocked :) the host and her family we very kind and they treated us to mangoes 🥭 I was very excited to see the birds and the mangoes in the garden. Very easy to checkin and all facilities are there. Additionally malls and everything is close by and walkable.

Great stay! Very clean and host was very kind and responsive. Picked me up as well. Only thing is that there was a sewage smell in the bathroom.

Everything worked out just fine. Very good description to get from the train, stop, AOK, to the apartment. The apartment could use a little searching and reworking, but all in all it's perfectly fine. The kitchen could be a little more organized. The pool is really good, especially after a busy day in the city. Wi-Fi works and the washing machine does its job. The host is quick to reach and fixes minor defects immediately. I can only highly recommend this accommodation, it is quiet, well located and large enough for two people, I would gladly come back anytime.

Great place to stay.Great view from 29th floor. very close to BTS, and a 7-11 Has a well equipped gym and swimming pool. Neat, clean and has everything you need for a long term stay. The host communicates clearly and is available to answer your questions. Overall recommended for long term stays
