Coucou cottage, a 300 year old stone house newly renovated to a high standard. Living, dining and kitchen area, all open plan. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a double bedroom on the ground floor with family bathroom. Wheelchair access possible. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. A third bedroom with king size double bed and en suite shower room. The large outdoor covered terrace looks over the garden and private swimming pool and BBQ area.Lovely country views.

L'Ombrière is a beautiful 18th-century residence located 5 km from the medieval city of Sarlat, and is 200 m from the tremendous Château de Montfort , which is also a fascinating village in the Dordogne valley. Beautiful panoramic views of the Dordogne Valley and close to the river and its swimming spots. The Annexe is a deluxe space for two to share. For your comfort and relaxation, you will benefit from a covered terrace, with table and chairs, and an open terrace with a bistro set. A private parking place is located directly outside the main doors. Situated in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Causses de Quercy, in the south west of France, our little treasure is well placed for discovering all the beautiful sites of the Lot. The old bread oven located in the vineyard was renovated this year. Everything has been thought out for a pleasant time. If you are visiting our beautiful region you will find all the comforts you need. With the added bonus of the HOT TUB (from May to September) for a relaxing moment after your day of visiting our region You can canoe, taste good wines, visit castles, go to the Padirac Chasm or simply take beautiful walks in the vineyard.

Our 1 bedroom cottage was renovated in 2022 and offers the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether you’re dining on your private shady terrace or taking in a dip in the 11m x 5m swimming pool (shared with the owners and open from 09H00 – 20h00). The property is nestled on the edge of a small chateau estate and the owners are the only neighbours within view. Perfect for a romantic winter getaway!
