Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Prazeres

We had a great time at the house. Kevin reacts fast on questions. Location is great with an amazing view on the ocean. Our kids enjoyed the garden room and the garden itself. Small improvements are possible to make it great: the garden room is not "air tight" so insects can easily go inside, since it was raining a lot before we arrived there were a lot of small millipede insects inside (even after removing they were there already a couple of hours later). And not all pictures show the current state (some accessories are not there anymore). Besides those things we had a perfect time and would recommend the house :)

If you want a more authentic/meet friendly local farmers/quiet and extremely awesome host experience. This is it !!! Seriously never encountered a more welcoming experience. The eggs, the cake and fruit that welcomed us was amazing and unexpected. The cleanliness and washer / dryer and all the needed details were covered. Beautiful house. The driveway is easy to miss if you're not paying close attention the first time. Well equipped kitchen. Next to a walking trail by the sea. Well situated to drive to other attractions around the island. Fanal forest, P Moniz, Santana, PR16, were not far away.

Das Haus Nobrega war wirklich wunderschön!! So liebevoll eingerichtet und die Lage und Aussicht ist ein absoluter Traum. Top ausgestattet und super Kommunikation mit Bernice und Simon. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen ☺️

Pedro is the best thing about this place the man is a legend really kind and helpful goes over and beyond. The place is so nice pool is amazing with fantastic views. I can not fault the place. Over three floors we had 12 people in it and didn’t feel cramped. Book this place you will not regret it

Nous étions à Madere pour une semaine et nous avons adoré notre séjour! Opção était super réactif et disponible. La vue du balcon était encore plus belle en vrai que sur les photos. L’emplacement était très intime. Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement.

This was a delightful place to stay. Very private and so many facilities for a small place. Beautiful views, swimming pool and honesty bar. A total hidden gem.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit herrlicher Aussicht aufs Meer hinunter. Sehr schön waren auch die vielen Pflanzen in und an der Unterkunft. Sie ist ruhig gelegen und es empfiehlt sich ein Mietwagen (Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus). Zum Wandern ist die Lage großartig, in der Nähe gibt einen Einstieg zu einen der Levadas von Madeira. Wer fit ist, kann sogar direkt nach Rabaçal, Risco und 25 Fontes aufsteigen. Silvia war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation war sehr schnell. Ich habe meinen Urlaub sehr sehr genossen.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt! Christina und Aleixo sind außergewöhnliche Gastgeber. Sie haben uns spontan vom Flughafen abgeholt und auch wieder hingebracht – ein unglaublicher Service! Dank ihrer Hilfe konnten wir unkompliziert und ohne versteckte Kosten einen Roller mieten. Gemeinsam waren wir in lokalen Restaurants essen und haben so die Insel authentisch erlebt. Die Unterkunft war noch schöner als beschrieben – sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet. Was diesen Urlaub aber wirklich besonders gemacht hat, war ihre herzliche, fast familiäre Art. Sie waren jederzeit erreichbar, hatten tolle Insider-Tipps für Ausflüge und haben sich einfach rührend um uns gekümmert. Wir haben uns nicht wie Gäste, sondern wie Freunde gefühlt. Vielen Dank für diese wundervolle Zeit – wir kommen wieder!

es war ein wirklich sehr schönes großes haus mit einem paradisischem Balkon und einen herrlichen Ausblick über das ganze Dorf auf knappen 300 höhenmeter. Auto muss man ganz klar besitzen,sonst könnte es problematisch sein. kalt wird es tatsächlich nachts und morgens auch, aber dafür gibt es immerhin mobile heizgeräte in der wohnung. Kakerlaken sind uns leider auch beim direkten Bezug aufgefallen, nachdem wir jedoch 5 stück beseitigt hatten, haben wir kein Problem mehr damit gehabt

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Ivone et Garry. L’appartement dispose d’une vue incroyable sur la mer et tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter pour un prochain séjour à Madère !

This accommodation is a peaceful, secluded gem surrounded by beautiful nature. Though tucked away, it’s still close to major attractions. The view from the kitchen is stunning — perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Marco was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions. A great spot to relax and recharge! Thank you!

The hosts were super responsive and amazingly offered us an earlier check-in time as their cleaning had finished earlier that day. The place was spotless and well stocked with everything you'd need to feel at home and having a dishwasher & washing/drying facilities made things feel so relaxed and the BBQ & hot tube was great to have for the evenings. The view was beautiful, and the house was a perfect size and location for a little romantic getaway. It isn't a long journey to get to areas like Funchal or Porto Monis, and there's a large number of PR walks nearby, too.

If you are going to stay in Madeira , this is one of the nicest places you can stay in. The setting of this home is beautiful, and is located in a very pretty town with some great choices of restaurants and bars. The terrace has a stunning view and the kitchen space has everything you need for cooking should you want to do that. Bed is really comfy after days of exploring. We managed to park in the car park in the town every day - feels a hire car is a great asset in Madeira. Alessio is extremely friendly and makes you feel right at home when you arrive.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! José went above and beyond to make our visit as smooth and comfortable as possible. We made a last-minute booking and afterwards made a request for a baby cot, and they managed to find one for us within just a few hours- something we truly appreciated as traveling with a little one isn’t always easy. Communication was excellent throughout our stay; the host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful with every question we had. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay again. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Wir haben hier eine super Woche verbracht. Die Kommunikation vorab und während des Aufenthaltes war super. Der frühere Check in aufgrund früher Ankunftszeit war spitze und ein Pluspunkt. Top Empfang durch die Gastgeberin an der Unterkunft. Es wurde alles erklärt und Tipps für die Umgebung (Einkauf, Restaurants, Wanderungen etc.) gegeben. Super lieb waren die Eier und das Obst aus eigenem Garten zur Begrüßung. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der Whirlpool: Top zum relaxen nach dem wandern. Die komplette Unterkunft ist makellos sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Es sind jede Menge Handtücher und auch eigene Poolhandtücher vorhanden. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht: Waschmittel, Spülmaschinentabs, Reinigungsmittel, Gewürze, Kaffee, Tee etc. Alles da um den Urlaub sofort zu genießen. Einzigst den Grill haben wir nicht wirklich ans laufen bekommen. Die Lage ist außerhalb und super ruhig auf dem Berg. Mietwagen ist Pflicht. Eine klare Empfehlung!!!!!

The property easily lives up to the description and the pictures. The houses are fully equipped, very nicely decorated and comfortable. The swimming pools offer stunning unobstructed views of the ocean during the day and of the sky at night. There are no road noises, the place is truly calm. Grocery stores are a few minutes away by car, as are restaurants. Numerous hikes can be found in the region. The host is very reactive and will provide many recommandations related to restaurants and activities. Renting both houses to two families is a great way to spend time together while also having some privacy. I would go back there without any hesitation.

Wir haben und in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Maria empfangen und auch wieder verabschiedet. 🤗 Die Kommunikation mit Mário lief auch super, er war immer erreichbar und hat sich auch während unseres Aufenthalts mehrmals nach uns erkundigt. 👍🏼 Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist top. Man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick und kann Madeira von dort aus gut erkunden 🤗 Ansonsten war die Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigt haben. Wie können sie sehr weiterempfehlen. Wenn wir mal wieder aus Madeira sind, wäre das unsere erste Anlaufstelle. 🫶🏼

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in der Unterkunft und würden diese jeder Zeit wieder buchen. Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte und sehr sauber.

Karol place is definitely a home away home, you relax soon as you step through the door. Very peaceful which is what we like. But also not far from anything. Communication with Karol was great. The lavada walks that start about 2 min up from the villa are definitely worth a stroll, one will take you to Panoest cafe and the other way to Bar Do Papagaio.

Toller Ausblick, Lage oberhalb von Funchal, Anfahrt bestenfalls mit Mietwagen, Whirlpool nach Tageswanderungen sehr zu empfehlen!

Rui’s boende var perfekt för oss som ville slappna av efter långa dagar med vandringar i Madeiras vackra natur. Vi njöt av den fantastiska poolen med en underbar vy, lagade mat i det stora köket eller grillade i grillhuset. Huset ligger avskilt och privat, vilket passade oss perfekt och ville vi gå ut och äta så var det bara några minuter med bil till en restaurang. Extra stort plus var katten som sa godmorgon varje morgon och som väntade på oss när vi kom hem från vandringen! Åker vi till Madeira igen, så kommer vi definitivt boka detta boende igen eller några andra av Rui’s boende! ⭐️

Heerlijk huis. Compleet en veel privacy. Geen voorzieningen op loopafstand. Voor ons geen probleem, maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden. Het huis ligt ook hoog, wat zo een paar graden kan schelen. Als je hier verblijft, vergeet dan niet om te gaan eten in de Sunshine Pub&Grill. Een echte aanrader, zie ook reviews op Google.
