Hello! We are Sonia, Elio and our daughter Beatriz. Our goal is to make your vacation unforgettable!! Welcome to our home!! The "Casinha da Beatriz" is located in Santana, land of typical houses, ex-libris and tourist poster of the island of Madeira. They were houses composed of an attic, where agricultural products were kept, and a ground floor with the living area. We rebuilt one of these typical "little houses," dating back to 1950, with all the comforts of today. It overlooks the sea/mountains.

Facing the sea, facing south, in a quiet cul-de-sac, it is a very bright traditional house, on a plot of 1800 m2 and restructured in 2023. Prazeres is in the center of the sunniest part of Madeira. Enjoy the terraces, garden, heated pool (8 x 3 m) and orchard with its exotic and European fruits. Inside, a large living room, a large dining kitchen and 3 private spaces (each room has a bathroom with toilet). The ocean marks every room with its presence.

The view is great and the geographical location of the house is perfect. It is warm, relaxing and very quiet. You will be connected all the time with nature and if you want to walk, it is fantastic in Fajã de Ovelha, where you will find some of the beautiful Levadas of Madeira just outside the house. Perfekt! Info: My little cat Lola lives in the house. Anyone with fears or allergies should NOT reserve the space. Thank you. ❤️
