Charming studio by the river

Studio rénové, lumineux au bord d'une rivière et de la forêt. Il se situe à 15 min de la frontière suisse et des pistes de ski, du fort des rousses. Une pisciculture à proximité ainsi que les commodités (laverie avec lessive, Aldi, Lidl, Intermarché, centre ville, marché...) et la via ferratta de la roche au Dade (5 km). Attention lit mezzanine (clostrophobe s'abstenir : le matelas ne dois pas être déplacé de la mezzanine), hauteur sous mezzanine de 1.82 m (sdb, plan de travail cuisine).

Mountain studio in the Peaceful Jura forest

Our compact studio is part of our modern chalet built in 2016. We are 3 km from the nearest ski station the "Jouvencelles" with many more within proximity. There are trails for walking and cross country skiing which depart from our chalet. 6 km from Les Rousses. There are also all of the basic commodities at 500meters: iceskating, muséum, restaurant, grocery shop and cake shop. Our studio has an amazing vue over the mountains where very often we can see the deers grazing in the mornings.

New 50 m2 apartment on the ground floor of a chalet located in Prémanon, 10 min walk from the slopes of the Jouvencelles resort. 2 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with 2 juxtaposed beds and 1 children's bedroom with 3 bunk beds. 10 min from the center of Les Rousses, 5 min from Prémanon and 35 min from Nyon (Switzerland, Lake Geneva). In winter, provide special equipment (snow chain or tire). The property has a raclette, fondue and pancake maker. You can also enjoy a wood-burning stove.

Studio de 18m2 en rez de jardin, situé dans une petite copropriété familiale et calme. Il se compose d’une petite cuisine, d’une salle de bains, d’un lit tout neuf (changé en mars 2026) en 140x190cm. Le logement est situé en plein centre du village, à proximité immédiate des commerces, restaurants, office de tourisme, patinoire, aire de jeux pour enfants, pistes de luge et pistes de ski de fond. L'hiver, l'appartement est desservi par les transports en commun.

Come and recharge your batteries in this peaceful and very well located accommodation. Park the car and do everything on foot (except the golf courses and lake)! The best!! Located on the ground floor, this apartment, overlooking a small private and closed garden, has all the comforts you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. My closed garage is available for storage, Skis, Bicycles, Golf Bags, Motorcycles etc...

This tree house, a true haven of peace in the heart of the Jura mountains, will bring you a total change of scenery if you like tranquility, isolated but not too much, the sound of the alpine horns and the birdsong will be your morning alarm clock. A cozy nest in the middle of the forest. Equipped with electricity but no running water, a good way to learn to use it sparingly, a hot shower outdoors is nevertheless possible,

Hi there, thanks for checking out our little chalet in the woods :) If you like nature, this is the place to be. Spot wild dear, go skiing, hiking, take our snowshoes on an adventure, or simply come and relax in our wood powered hot-tub. The chalet is cozy and modern, open plan with a nice fire to sit by. It's ideal for 2, but 4 people can also fit. With 2 outside terraces you can have breakfast and dinner in the sun.
