Parties are not allowed because it is located in a quiet neighborhood. The location is wonderful because in 3 minutes walking you can enjoy the beach or catch the train if you decide to get closer to the city. The cozy house has 5 rooms (2 quadruple and 3 doubles) and 2 bathrooms AC in living room and main bedroom
