Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Prescott Valley

The small bungalow house is perfect for a couple, or a small group of 3-4. Walking distance to downtown and local amenities. Quiet, clean neighborhood. The hot water is HOT, which we loved. The yard has privacy and shade. Our only problem was that the washer and dryer take a LONG time to cycle, so be prepared to wait for laundry. We werent aware that the wash cycle would be 1:43, and the dryer would be the same. Almost 3.5 hours to wash and dry a load and caused us a late checkout. Otherwise, our stay was quiet and pleasant. I would absolutely book this home, again.

A very spacious and homely place in the middle of town near Prescott Town Hall. It comes with a salon and a restaurant next door. I highly recommend for clients who may want to eat out but don’t want to wander far off the nest. We loved it during our stay.

Was as advertised. Nice place with areas for the dogs. Walking distance to Whiskey Row and the Courthouse Square. Very good instructions.

Beautiful views that will take your breath away! Very secluded. Loved that is was fenced in for my two dogs to enjoy the yard. The sun room is an extra touch, was nice to have meals in there! We definitely will be back!

Delisa and Earl have such an amazing place! We are so happy they allow others to share the beauty and tranquility. There is a cozy fire place, outdoor picnic table, and tons of board games to choose from. We were able to bring along our dogs and they thoroughly enjoyed the backyard area with enough room to fetch and run around. The location was very easy and close to town. We had such a great time and truly appreciate the warm and welcoming home that Delisa and Earl have created! Thank you!

What an adorable property! This old house had such charm and was designed so beautifully. The swing on the front porch, the cute backyard—it had it all. There were games, a BBQ, a table, and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. There is a school directly behind the property, so you can hear kids playing a lot during the day. The primary bedroom and bathroom were adorable. The comfortable bed and claw-foot bath with a perfect shower attachment are perfect. The room got a bit hot at night, even with the air conditioning, but with the fan, it was tolerable. The only thing it did not have, and we wish it had, was laundry, but we made do. There was construction next door during our stay, but it was tolerable. The internet was spotty, but that may have been a fluke. We still made do. The property was in a prime location and very close to the downtown square, so we often walked to town. Walking up the street from the house is the cutest street with very old and beautiful homes! Very cute!

This was a very nice stay, lots of room and comfortable for 5 of us. Whiskey Row is up the road with lots of restaurants, good coffee shops, locals are very nice and friendly. I highly recommend to stay here. Marsha is very nice and made sure we were comfortable. Thank you so much! I will definitely book this place again in the future!

What can I say about this place except complete and total relaxation! It was totally secluded and the views of the city were stunning. The fire pit and the hot tub were the highlight of our stay. The house was immaculate and full of character. The bedding was amazing and the beds were so cozy and soft. It really was a treat. I would highly recommend this to any friend or family member.

Mel is an excellent host. We’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s in the Prescott area and this was our favorite. It truly felt like home and we did not want to leave. I appreciated Mel’s upfront communication even warning us of a prescribed burn in the area that could result in a smoky smell (it ended up not being an issue but the communication was great). This place is clean and comfortable. It is a very short drive to town. The character of the home was so neat and we really enjoyed 3 king size beds. We can’t wait to return!

If I had to describe Ann Marie and Reid's place in one word, it would be WOW! This is by far the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The thoughtfulness that went into this home was above and beyond. Lovely furnishings, decor and linens. The location is very quiet. The views are gorgeous. There are 2 decks, both nicely furnished. We had a lovely family barbeque one night on one deck then moved to the other deck to watch the Strawberry Full Moon rise over the mountains. Anne Marie and Reid are excellent hosts. Always available if you need anything, which you won't because they have thought of everything. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you both for a wonderful stay.

Great place to stay while visiting family in the Dewey area. Quiet and peaceful, was nice to come back to our own little place to relax after family events. Plenty of room.

An amazing place to stay. Felt very cozy and was perfect for our trip. Only thing I would say is the beds are very hard but other than that it was awesome and would definitely recommend it.

This place was perfect! They thought of everything, to placing a bottle of wine, to toys for kids, and everything you need for your stay! Place is clean and decorated so nice. Kitchen is upgraded with all amenities. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were upgraded. Outside was great with outside activities such as corn hole, a great fire place, bbq with much parking and beautifully lit! Vincent communicated and got right back to me when I had a question! We would stay here over and over!

I had a wonderful stay here! It was a very comfortable place and I was sad to leave. I would strongly recommend and will likely stay again! Some highlights: - the kitchen was very well equipped and I cooked a lot. The bbq worked well, and I had everything I needed. It’s really nice to stay somewhere with all the standard cooking utensils and plenty of dishwasher pods and extra paper towels and spices and more! - the home was recently remodeled and feels very new. It was well decorated and uncluttered. - it was extremely clean. I have bad allergies and am really picky, and this place exceeded my expectations. - the outdoor area in the back was really pleasant and the hot tub was well maintained and easy to use. - the hosts were really responsive and accommodating. I had a couple questions before arrival they answered promptly and they were quick to help when I asked to extend my stay.

We only stayed for one night but could have easily spent a lot more time in this cabin. It matched the descriptions perfectly. All four adults and all four kids were able to sleep very comfortably. Bonus: one of our crew went to bed early because of a headache. A couple hours later she came out and said “The noise does not carry at all. I thought y’all had left”

A true hidden Gem! Lyndell is a top-notch host and takes great pride in making sure guests have everything they need. The cabin is absolutely adorable, from the moment you walk in it has a warm and cozy feel to it. From the dog bed with dog dishes and toys to the fresh cookies and S'mores kit. They thought of everything you could possibly need from home away from home and more. We will be back for sure!
