This small but comfortable home has amenities galore, is nestled on a double lot just 2 blocks from the river & 1 block away from a popular biking/walking trail. Sleeps 5 people comfortably. This 168 square foot one-level Tiny is suitable for 1-2 guests (one queen bed). Running purified water, electrical/propane stainless appliances, full tub/shower, composting toilet, internet. Fully furnished, with dishes, coffee maker and electric kettle, linens and toiletries.

It also comes with a free parking spot back in the ally. There is a private tattoo studio on the upper level of the suite, you will hear walking noise periodically 10-5 Monday to Friday. Extremely quiet at night and on weekends.
