Whomever reserves the bungalow, will need to show a photo ID when they arrive, to prevent fraudulent reservations.

We are located 4 miles south of I94 in the edge of Hudson but have a River Falls address. Easy access to the Twin Cities and nearby areas including Hudson, Stillwater, etc. Huge bedroom suite with comfy Queen Bed, w/private Bathroom and Kitchenette. Your Own Private Spacious Nest

This is an air-conditioned third floor 625 sq.ft. addition to a 1925 duplex. It was built in 2000, has windows on all sides, and no walls except the bathroom. The property is totally fenced, and includes lovely gardens and a front patio, and is located in a quiet neighborhood very near Macalester College in St. Paul. I think it has everything guests would want except a full kitchen. Fortunately, there are many good restaurants and grocery stores, nearby, especially on Grand Avenue.

Guests must walk up a flight of stairs located in the rear of the home to enter the house. If stairs are not your friend you will want to pass on this listing . Home has smart TV with Netflix and local channels. Pet welcome for $100 a trip or $25 a night (whichever is less). There is also a charge for more then 5 guests of $25 a night.
