Conceived by Mother and Son, coming from SP but with a local soul, the house is very well maintained, with hammocks and space for yoga. Sleeps 18 comfortably. House with 4 bedrooms and we offer bed/bath linen. In addition to all this, we have an incredible pool overlooking the river, barbecue, shower and deck.

We have hammock hangers in all bedrooms, living room, balcony, garage and on the deck. Beautiful private house, located near Porto das Dunas, on the Aquiraz/Prainha road. House with 5 suites, ( 3 on the upper floor and 2 on the ground floor) deck with swimming pool, sauna and barbecue. Soccer field, playground, multi-sport court and billiard table. Excellent dining options in Porto das Dunas. It is 6km from the Beach Park complex, 2km from Engenhoca Park and 18km from Fortaleza. We have a couple that live in the extra house, running the place.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Duplex house with two complete en-suites on the first floor and three complete en-suites on the second floor. Access from the yard to the deck and from the deck to the house with stairs and ramps. Both floors have balconies and hammock holders. On the second floor, there is a Lounge with masonry benches with upholstery, a fireplace, fueled by Ethanol and space with a table for parties.
