I must stress and inform to all guests that the steps to the attic / office are tall and with no barrier as you exit the steps. Children must be kept away from these steps, all other persons must take care also. Sky TV on a Smart TV so Netflix, YouTube etc is available.

Whilst adjoining the main house the accommodation offers a great deal of privacy and includes a separate entrance & private outdoor area.
