The appartment was renovated in 2018.Outdoors you will find a patio with a exclusive jacuzzi and fireplace also sunbeds and a playground. Inside are 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen which is combined with the living area. it has a sectional couch that also converts to a double bed. Other amenities include 3 TV's, washer, dryer, A/C in every room, espresso maker, dishwasher, stove top, conventional oven, microwave oven,fridge freezer but also an electric fireplace, safe and iron,ironboard

Desire place is at a distance of 900m. from the main pedestrian street of Lefkada where you can find all the shops as well as restaurants, snack bars, bars, cafes. Just a 5 minute walk from the bakery and large supermarkets. Also the Lidl super market, 5 minutes by car. You can enjoy your tea or wine in the courtyard dining room. It is situated in the historical center of Preveza, 5 minutes walk to the Port and 10 minutes walk to the closest beach.
