This is a 1br 1 full bath apartment. It is on the second floor unit B. It is located downtown in the historic "DETONTI SQUARE" district. Very quiet with beautiful old homes and large oak trees. It is only 4 blocks from lively 'Dauphin Street' with all of the restaurants, bars and other activities. 1car max parking on property. Parking on street in front if needed. There is a self check in box at entry door, open and remove key. (You have to re-punch #’s to close the lock box door).

You will absolutely love this premier, location in the “Villages of Springhill”with a fully fenced yard and nice deck, fully stocked kitchen, stylish comfortable furnishings and extra supplies. We have thought of everything you will need for a perfect stay! Pickleball courts, a park/ playground and Maple Street biscuits in walking distance! Close to USA, Springhill College, Mobile Tennis Center, Golf courses, restaurants and more all super close by! We just added more patio furniture!
