It is also a rare opportunity to discover the « Moulin Jaune garden », recognised as Paris region heritage list, in a different way and to experience its « art de vivre ».

The cottage, located 35 minutes from Disney by car, is reminiscent of the world of a famous young wizard and that of a medieval castle. Moreover, elements of the decoration come from castles and ancient monasteries! The entrance houses a secret passage that allows access to the upper floors... Brooms can park in front of the cottage. I was born and have always lived in Passy-sur-Marne, so when the castle in my village was for sale, I didn't hesitate for a moment to acquire it. This castle, in ruins and uninhabited for several centuries, has found a new life thanks to work that began some twenty years ago. You will have a beautiful apartment with a south-facing terrace and stunning views of the Marne Valley.
