Превосходная квартира, вид очень красивый, всё чисто, на улице тихо, в квартире всё есть необходимое для проживания! Парковка для авто есть. Хочется возвращаться. Спасибо огромное!

Ev tam olarak gösterildiği gibi ve manzara çok güzel. Araba için kapalı garajda park yeri olması büyük avantaj. Güneşte içi yanmış araca binmek zorunda kalmıyorsunuz. Binanın 1.katından üst geçide açılan bir bölüm var. Oradan yolun karşısına kumsala geçiliyor. Denize giriş biraz taşlı, rahatsız olacağınızı düşünüyorsanız uygun bir ayakkabı almanızı tavsiye ediyorum. Aracınız yoksa Old Town’a biraz uzak. Yürüyerek gidip gelmekte zorlanabilirsiniz

Bardzo polecam pobyt w tym miejscu. Miła i pomocna właścicielka, wszystko na miejscu. Można dogadać się co do czasu zameldowania i wymeldowania. Nie ma problemu aby zostawić bagaże po wymeldowaniu jeśli ma się późniejszy wyjazd lub wylot.

Our four nights stay at the apartment was great. The place is small but it’s enough for 2 people. The apartment is freshly built/renovated and it was very clean. The only little inconvenience was the super loud sound coming from the bathroom ventilator, which annoyed us a little bit, but it was not a big problem for a 4 nights stay. We could easily walk from the apartment to the city center and it’s less than 10 minutes walk to the bus station. I recommend it!

Ana was super amazing ,responded quickly to all our messages and was also friendly as well .Place was superb just as shown in pictures would highly recommend for anyone visiting Budva as location is close to the center (walking distance )which makes it easy to access .

The apartment was great. It was spacious, clean , beautifully furnished and had everything we needed and more : extra pillows, blankets, salt, sugar, oil, shampoo, detergent, etc. Views and location 10 out of 10. The host , Tina went above and beyond! She is a very helpful host and simply a great person! We are extremely happy with our stay. Thank you!

Miljan's apartment is perfectly located just a short walk from the Budva promenade, with plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and the charming Old Town all within easy reach. The apartment was clean and cozy – it truly felt like a home away from home. Miljan personally came to greet us and shared some excellent recommendations for places to visit and dine. He was always available and quick to respond to any questions. I’d definitely recommend staying at Miljan’s apartment!

I had an incredible experience staying at Misha’s property! The host Mirko was an amazing—kind, understanding, and hospitable. Truly one of the nicest people I've ever met. Throughout my 30-day stay, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He was always available with great recommendations, from entertainment to nearby restaurants and shops. He updated me on what was happening around the city. Super reliable and attentive! I’ll absolutely recommend this place to friends and family and will visit again.

Kendimi evimde gibi hissettiğim harika bir konaklama deneyimiydi. Dragana ve ailesi çok tatlı ve samimi insanlardı. Her türlü sorumuza ve ihtiyacımıza hızla yanıt aldık. Konumu sahile, marketlere ve yakınlarda gezilecek bir çok alana eşit uzaklıkta merkezi bir yerde. Ev havadar ve iki klimayla istediğiniz sıcaklığı ayarlayabileceğiniz şekilde olmasından dolayı hoş bir atmosfer sunuyor. Ama evden ziyade Dragana ve sevgili ailesi özellikle ilk kez seyahat edecekler için harika bir seçim olacaktır. Çünkü eminim kendinizi evinizde hissedeceksiniz ve tüm sorularınıza Dragana ve ailesi ile hızla cevap bulabileceksiniz. Her şey için teşekkürler!

Boris is one of the best hosts I’ve come across in years of travel. The apartment is cosy, clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished. The bathroom is modern and functional, and the location is ideal — close to the water, the Old Town, and plenty of cafés and restaurants. Boris was a welcoming and helpful host, offering an airport transfer and sharing local recommendations that really added to the experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Budva.

We had an amazing 5-day stay at this beautiful penthouse in Bečići! The apartment is modern, sparkling clean, and full of light thanks to the huge panoramic windows. We loved spending time on the spacious terrace — perfect for working, relaxing, or enjoying the sea view. The whole building is new and very well maintained, and the location is just a couple of minutes from the beach. Everything was super comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable — no issues at all. Sylwia was a great host — very responsive and helpful. She even arranged for someone to handle our temporary registration in Montenegro, which made things incredibly easy for us. The only thing we missed were a few basic essentials: there was no laundry detergent or softener, which made it hard to do laundry, and no starter supplies like coffee or tea (just leftovers from previous guests). Still, that was a minor thing — overall the experience was excellent.

We loved our stay, and despite spending 1 month here over the winter, we still felt like there was more to see and do. Budva and Marko are both awesome!

The very fact that you are reading this review means you are looking for a place to stay. My advice. Close all those other tabs and go ahead and reserve Renata's place right away. And thank me later! When one travels either you end up in a great location but maybe noisy or you end up in a mediocre location with a bit of quietness and peaceful. Renata's place takes all the pros and advantages. Geographically located in the mountains, great location, great views, very quiet, private, and very close to all the places that matter in Montenegro. The place was spotlessly clean and very modern. Its definitely a home away from home! Wondering where to eat, where to park, what to do? Renata's recommendations are super amazing. And oh yes, don't forget an endless supply of fruits such as grapes, figs, etc. Lots of playground no matter what age. Everything was perfect! Renata is the most thoughtful, fun host. I definitely recommend this place and I will certainly stay here again.

We stayed as two couples and it was a very comfortable, pleasant stay. A car is absolutely necessary, but the location is wonderful, private, and quiet. Amazing views from the apartment, the patio, and the beautiful seating area above the kitchen! The only thing we wished we'd known before we booked was that the hot tub is €10 per 30 minutes. We loved our stay with you Mira. The place is beautiful, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the view from the balcony to wake up to each morning is blissful. Thank you so much for picking us up from the bus station and dropping us off, too. Mira and her family are very friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. Booking this place is the best thing you can do for yourself. It’s extremely clean, beautiful, new and luxurious. It has everything you can possibly need and even more! The bathtub with the view on Kotor Bay is perfect. There’s a place to park. The communication with the host was great as well. Happy we ended up here!

I had a great stay! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my visit, always quick to reply and assist with anything I needed. The place is in a great location — just a 15-minute walk to Budva Beach and the Old Town, which made it super convenient for exploring. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

I cannot speak highly enough of Karen. He was the best host we have ever had the privilege of being welcomed by. Nothing was too much trouble. Karen was communicative from the outset, sharing a wealth of local information which was so helpful, he also helped us with restaurant bookings too. Karen went above and beyond, by taking us to the supermarket when we arrived so we'd have a stocked kitchen. Thank you so much! I would urge you to stay at Karen's beautiful apartment if you are considering a trip to Montenegro!

The apartment has everything you need for a family with an infant or toddler, from a crib to baby chair, washing machine and dishwasher. The host was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and felt at home. The only recommendation for the host is to get rid of some of the furniture. When looking for a place, the address didn't show up on Google maps, so please create a pin for your Airbnb, so people can find it easily.
