Walking distance to entire campus. 3 miles to The College of New Jersey ( TCNJ ), 6 miles to Princeton, 5 miles to Trenton, City Hall, 4 miles to Hamilton train station. Nice suburban neighborhood, very quiet, total privacy. Off-street parking for free. Free Wifi, wide bathroom entrance, kitchenette. Cottage is detached from main home on property. No outrageous cleaning fees! We'll handle that-use that money for a nice dinner or two ;)

1 bedroom Apt in the half basement. There are two Airbnb Apts in the suburban farm house. Laundry in the Apt. The place is far back from street. The place is easy to commute to Train station and RT1, RT95,195 & 295. 14 minuses driving time to Princeton Town Center; Very short distance to Mercer County Park and Mercer Lake. Other attraction places--Trenton Sculpture Park, Sayen House & Gardens, Sesame Place, Horse Park of NJ. Chickens in backyard. It is very quiet & peaceful place for your stay.

Spacious Guest Studio in Park Like Setting

Charming guest house with many designer elements in a park like setting. Drenched with lots of natural light (5 skylights!) and filled with all the things you need! Only minutes from downtown Princeton! This is part of a lovely estate that dates back to the 1700s. We live in the main building and are here to help if you need us! Quiet and serene with an access to the Woodfield Reservation - beautiful trails including ponds. Can be rented with other spaces on the same property. Check my profile!

This one bedroom studio is located in Princeton downtown area , you have your own entrance. Please note that there is no kitchen in the unit. The sofa chair bed can only fit small size people. 20 minutes walking to the University, 10 minutes walking to high school and middle school, 10 minutes walking to the shopping center. Close to fine dining, shopping, entertainment, theaters, museums, closeto popular spots such as Jay's Bikes, Small World Coffee, Hoagie Haven, and Blue Point Grill.

Queen size bed in the bedroom and a fold down futon in the living room. 15 minutes away from downtown Princeton within walking distance from the picturesque town of Hopewell borough . The apartment has an efficiency kitchen with a full size refrigerator . Cook or go to one of the many fantastic restaurants within walking distance. There is free street parking right in front of the apartment . Uber gets here quickly! If you have dog allergies the heat is forced hot air with dogs next door.

You have entire one bed room house on the 1st Fl , with one queen bed, one 7 feet long le corbusier sofa and 2 le corbusier chairs, coffee table, one twin bed in the living room, private entrance, bathroom and Kitchen with a simple dining table. One block to the campus, coded keyless access, guest do not need to meet host but can call or message host anytime, you will have ONE free parking spot at the back of the house during your stay. it’s an old house. No picky guest, Nothing is shared.

This newly constructed in-law suite offers cozy and clean comfort. It's 250-square feet of space but perfectly laid out so everything you need is there without feeling crowded. Many of our guests come for a quiet and relaxing weekend or to work remotely in a cozy spot. We live in the attached house but the space you are renting is completely private--with a private entrance and no shared spaces. There is a brick wall between the spaces so we won't hear you and you won't hear us!
