Family-friendly holiday rentals in Princeton

My family had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, close to the beach and walkable to several restaurants. Would stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Jeneene's home. Jeneene was exceptionally communicative, responsive and thoughtful, including leaving a sweet congratulatory note to our daughter (who was graduating), providing local recommendations specific to our needs, and allowing us late check out. Stayed here for easy access to Media and Swarthmore by car. I found everything as listed, plus many thoughtful touches I was not expecting (charging cords for all phone types! binoculars for bird watching!). It was clear the hosts have put a great deal of thought into crafting a functional and welcoming space for guests. We found the space very private even though attached to the hosts' home. The hosts do ask that guests respect their work schedule (someone sleeps during the day, works night shifts) so we did modulate our activities slightly to be respectful and quieter during the day. This did not impair our enjoyment of the space!

This is the best air bnb experience I have ever had. The place itself was absolutely beautiful, curated thoughtfully, attention to detail, every comfort you could want and more. I was best man for a wedding, and this served as home base for the wedding party. They all also got air bnbs in NYC and it was just an onslaught on complaints - this air bnb was nothing but rave review. A big part of that was the host, Anthony. Anthony was extremely accomodating, responsive, generous, thoughtful, proactive - and kind. I am 100% going to be looking to stay here every time I come to NYC, I feel no desire to go anywhere else or even consider a hotel. If you're thinking about it, just do it - you will not regret it. 10/10!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Jamie's home! Great location, walking distance to everything....beach, local shops and restaurants. It was clean and comfy! It offers many amenities that give it an "at home" feeling. We enjoyed the new patio, grill, outside shower. Amazing backyard meticulously kept! The lake was peaceful and very enjoyable. Jamie was a great host! He gave many suggestions for local spots. Jaime was very responsive and truly wanted his guest to have a great stay! I would highly recommend Jaime's home to others and hope that we can come back to stay again!

This home is spectacular! Right on Lake Hopatcong. Fantastic restaurants, some are within walking distance of the home. You feel right at home when you step inside. You have hours of entertainment just watching all the boats and jet skiers in the cove. We loved this place so much we already started planning the return trip. Don't miss out on this incredible vacation destination!

I just wanna make it clear to anyone that left a bad review because their significant other didn’t show up or stay the night after you bought them a chef and didn’t get a full refund after using the place for a full night. Your blasphemy. It’s a perfect place and Roma is an angel. It was a 10 out of 10 spotless and fully working place to be at and im glad I went had two of the best nights of my life. Loved it 😌

We had a terrific experience with Robert's apartment. The hosts were flexible, informative, and responsive. The unit was extremely clean and well appointed with little touches that we appreciated. It is in a quiet part of downtown with walkable access to the waterfront, good coffee, and excellent restaurants. If you have a reason to be in the Yonkers region I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Fantastic home in a beautiful neighborhood. Close proximity to Philadelphia sports venues, museums and Center City. The house was immaculately clean, spacious, and inviting. Evelyn is a wonderful host, we highly recommend her property!

Great location. Relatively quiet. Very walkable. A variety of restaurants and coffee shops within a few blocks. Friendly neighbors. All the amenities I needed for a few nights’ stay. Alberto and Xavier were very responsive and helpful during my stay. I would definitely stay here on a future visit!

Absolutely incredible stay! From the moment we booked, our host was gracious, responsive, and incredibly helpful—every question we had was answered promptly and with care, making us feel welcome even before we arrived. The home itself was spotless—truly one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. It’s clear the host puts thoughtful attention into every detail to ensure guests feel comfortable and at ease. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, like sleeping on clouds, and the linens were soft and fresh. The location? Stunning. Waking up to those gorgeous beach views each morning felt like a dream. Whether you're enjoying coffee on the deck or relaxing indoors, the view is always front and center. As for amenities, this place had everything! From a fully stocked kitchen to beach towels and even our breakfasts were provided for, nothing was forgotten. It’s rare to find a space so completely prepared for guests’ needs. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!

The Bungalow was perfect for our stay in Point Pleasant. We LOVED the location. Very close proximity to great seafood restaurants, fun bars and a quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. Kitty, the host, was great! She was super responsive to all our questions and very helpful with our booking. She made the overall experience super easy.

We felt right at home here. Location was perfect. Easy to get to the beach and boardwalk or to fun shopping and dining on Cookman. The house was just right for us and our two pups, but certainly could have accommodated friends if we wanted. Parking in the back was so easy. The yard was great and neighbors are really nice, too! Leilani checked in to make sure everything was ok, which was appreciated. Wish we could have stayed longer, but we will be back!

Maryanne’s place is amazing! It felt like we were staying in a Château in France – the apartment was huge, beautiful, and eclectic in a very good way :-) we had a great time while we were staying there, the beds were comfortable, it was so spacious, clean, and fun to stay at. We would definitely come back again and stay there. And we had great food just down the street. Loved it! 😊👍

This place is fantastic. We needed a place while we renovate our home. The staff is fantastic, the apartments really nice and spacious. Amenities are great too. Commute is super easy to Manhattan …walk to express bus and less than 30 min. Highly recommend.

From booking to checkout Micaela’s AirBnB was awesome. Micaela was very responsive & accommodating to our needs. She was flexible & a great host. This might have been our favorite rental in our 11 trips to NJ. Very cozy. Loved everything. 5 star. Highly recommend.

We wanted a vacation house for our whole family.We wanted to have activities for all ages and please let it be under an hour or two to get there. Well, Carol's property checked all the boxes. Plenty of beds for 4 couples and charming twin beds in two of the other rooms for the kiddos.A dining room large enough gather and plan our days and dinners.The kitchen was well appointed. It was the very large front porch that stole out hearts. the boardwalk was just a 5 minute walk.( We were walking with 4 year olds)We were able to take advantage of all the boardwalk had to offer. As close as it was we never heard crowds from the rocking chairs on the front porch. Carol was a gracious host.

The nicest family! It’s such a convenient location our kids could just do their own thing. Great access.

So thankful for Elizabeth opening her home to everyone through airbnb. She is such a nice person. Her place has everything a family could need. I would highly recommend you stay at her place if in town.

Right after we met Gayann, we sought her recommendations for restaurants and shops on Main St, which turned out to be very helpful. She also told us about a beautiful trail into downtown, starting close to her place, which we might not have located readily without her advice. The Airbnb unit was very comfortable and just the right size for the three of us, and there was some nice surprises such as beach towels for when we went to the beach. We bumped into Gayann and her husband multiple times during our stay, and every time we had a lovely little conversation. Thank you, Gayann, for being an amazing host!

We had a fantastic stay at the Malvern Ave and Nora and the team were fantastic hosts. The amenities at the club house are fantastic. We loved it so much we have rebooked to stay in September.

This complex is fabulous. It is super clean, easily accessible, front desk manager is wonderful and accommodating. He is so pleasant and helpful. The amenities are fabulous and the location is perfect. Quietly and conveniently located 20 mins outside of the city.
