Cercavamo un posto lontano dal caos per le nostre due famiglie e devo dire che la scelta é stata azzeccata: tranquillità, natura e l'appartamento é veramente accogliente. Ha tutto il necessario per cucinare (anche un barbecue!) ed é pulitissimo. Martina ed Irene sono state delle host veramente disponibili e ci siamo subito sentiti a casa!

Can’t say enough about how great this house was! The views! The house is absolutely adorable! From a story book! Outdoor space was incredible! Loved making dinner in the kitchen (kinda made from local market which Sophia recommended which was amazing! I wish I could stay there for a week!!!

We loved our time at Luca's place. We visited Tuscany with our college aged kids. Luca's house was comfortable and welcoming. We went out for a few meals, but also enjoyed preparing foods in the wonderful kitchen. We ate dinners together and played board games on the spacious kitchen table. It was homey. We called it "cucina magica" because all of the foods we cooked came out so perfectly. This is a wonderful home in a lovely setting with hiking trails from the backyard. We spent several mornings at the nearby hot springs. What a treat! Luca was communicative and helpful with all of our questions.

Amazing location and responsive host. Incredible pool with an outstanding view. House, especially the Kitchen, was well well stocked with amenities needed. Highly recommended!

This house is so beautiful. It is at the bottom of town.. if you drive it’s perfect because you can park near the house, cute coffee shop and free parking if you get lucky! View is so beautiful both from the house and walking into town. I’m really happy with location and house. He was very helpful and responsive. Would stay again!

Traumhafte Auszeit mit Panoramablick! Diese Airbnb-Unterkunft war ein absoluter Glücksgriff! Der Ausblick war einfach atemberaubend und hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue begeistert. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig – die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig und idyllisch. Die Wohnung selbst ist fantastisch ausgestattet und bietet wirklich alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann. Es war super praktisch, dass grundlegende Dinge wie Öl, Essig etc. vorhanden waren. Das spart nicht nur Geld, sondern auch den ersten Einkauf. Das einzige, was etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war, war das Bett. Aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache und hat unsere positive Erfahrung in keiner Weise getrübt. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We had a truly amazing stay at Andrea’s home. We were welcomed by his parents with a home made cake, jam and wine from a local winery. When planning the trip with our parents and 12 month old, we wanted somewhere we could enjoy amenities of the home, but also be close enough to day trip to different locations in Tuscany. This was the perfect spot! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as day trips to Florence, Grosseto and Siena. Andrea provided amazing recommendations on local places to visit, as well as advising that taking the bus to Florence from Paganico. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and host for our extended family trip to Tuscany!

Wir hatten einen magischen Aufenthalt im Marrucheti 82 - einfach perfekt! Das Frühstück mit Frisch gepresstem Orangensaft, Cappucino, Foccacchia und Früchten ließ keine Wünsche offen. Abendessen kann man in köstlich in einem der vielen Restaurants in Grosseto (10' Autofahrt) Die absolute Ruhe, der Ausblick über die Schafherden und sanft rollenden toskanischen Hügel und der schöne Garten sorgte für pure Entspannung. Ein weiteres Highlight war auch die freistehende Badewanne im Zimmer. Die Küche haben wir nicht gross benutzt, sie ist jedoch voll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Den malerischen Infiinity-Pool haben wir aufgrund des etwas durchzogenen Wetters nicht getestet. Das herzliche Team kümmerte sich liebevoll und voller engagement um uns. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Genuss, Ruhe und Gastfreundschaft suchen!

Ilaria’s villa is a comfortable and stylish base from which to explore all the wonders that Maremma has to offer. We are a family of four, and after a couple of weeks in Italy, the kids were craving home-cooked meals, so we spent several hours in the kitchen and dining areas. It was delightful to cook while listening to the kids having fun in the pool. The beds were very comfortable and inviting. The villa is conveniently located near the old town center and several supermarkets. Since we were keen to visit Porto Ercole, Alberese, and Saturnia, we didn’t dedicate as much time to Grosseto as we should have. The old center has a very mellow vibe, and everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming. We wished we could have stayed longer. Finally, I want to say a big thank you to Ilaria for being so accommodating and kind. We are already looking forward to returning to your place.

Eines der schönstens AirBnBs, welches wir je besucht haben! Alessandro ist sehr freundlich und hat uns tolle tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Man hat einen tollen Garten mit fantastischer Aussicht! Für Menschen, die einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub machen wollen, die perfekte Unterkunft. Kann das AirBnB von ganzem Herzen empfehlen.

Giulio and the villa were wonderful. The villa is just gorgeous, very Tuscan and secluded, beautifully located and incredibly peaceful. It was lovely to have a couple of other families around during the week and Giulio was always available either in person or on Whats App. Up in the hills, the stay is no more than 20 minutes in the car to a decent supermarket, and maybe 5 minutes from the local village which had most of the essentials. We visited Siena, San Gimignano, Casole D’elsa and some other places, all easily reachable from the villa. The weather was gorgeous, our daughter loved the on site donkey and horse and cat and any other local animals 😁 We will certainly be back - a wonderful place for a family escape, we might bring friends or family next time too! We had an amazing time at Alberto & Laura's. The place was quiet, spacious, exactly like in the pictures. On arrival we were welcomed by our hosts and got some great recommendations on what to do in the area. They even shared some homemade food with us, which was so good and thoughtful. Also, the swimming pool and outside space we could use was amazing and private. Would definitely go back again, 10/10!

Die Kommunikation vor unserer Anreise war sehr gut, die Gastgeberin hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und sich selbst auch proaktiv bei uns gemeldet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und durften sogar 1h früher einchecken. Uns wurde alles in und um das Haus gezeigt. Das Haus und der Garten + Pool waren sehr sauber. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern waren wichtig und haben auch gut funktioniert. In der Küche findet man alles was man benötigt. Der Garten ist schön groß und top gepflegt. Auch der große Pool mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick hat uns begeistert. Die Gastgeber, die ca. 50m neben an wohnen, haben sich jeden morgen um den Pool gekümmert und geprüft ob dort alles okay ist. Die Anfahrt war auch relativ einfach. Ca. 30 Minuten Autofahrt zum Haus gibt es einen großen Coop Supermarkt, wo wir einkaufen waren. Das Meer ist auch nur 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben unseren Urlaub als 6 Personen Gruppe voll genossen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nach kleinen Problemen bei der Anreise, war Paolos Tipp, bei den öffentlichen Müllcontainern die Seitenstraße hinaufzufahren sehr hilfreich. Google Maps führte uns zuerst aufs freie Feld hinaus. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft ein toller Ausgangspunkt für diverse Exkursionen.

From check in to check out, everything was amazing! The home was so comfortable and the rooms were large and nicely furnished. The grounds were well maintained with planters lining the terrace. The terrace overlooks the vineyards. The views were spectacular! We were provided a selection of wines that we could enjoy and purchase at the end of our stay. In addition, we were able to take advantage of enjoying a meal prepared by Chef Francesco at the property. It was perfect! We highly recommend Giovanni’s listing!

Dieser Ort ist perfekt zum Seele baumeln lassen, diese Aussicht einfach nur herrlich. Sehr hundefreundlich und mitten in der Natur. ☺️Whirlpool zum Sonnenuntergang einfach wunderschön. abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura scelta un po' a caso tra tante e devo dire che mai scelta fu migliore. Roberta si è subito dimostrata disponibile,cordiale e con il suo fare ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio l'appuntamento è veramente carino, ampio,luminoso,nuovissimo e tenuto in maniera fantastica, il mare è veramente a pochi passi con un arenile immenso e tenuto molto bene, il paese offre l'indispensabile ma nei dintorni c'è molto da fare e da vedere. una mini vacanza che ci rimarrà nel cuore così anche Roberta 🥰 con la quale siamo certi ci sentiremo a breve per organizzare una vacanza più lunga. Quindi consiglio a tutti di provare la location per poter avere modo di conoscere il posto .... non ve ne pentirete ma soprattutto Roberta....

The Wine Loft is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. The modern architecture is gorgeous and the views are magical. We traveled by trains and it was easy to take a taxi (arranged by the Wine Loft) from the station. Additionally, we enjoyed walking the country path through the woods and meadow to Bagno Vignoni. We highly recommend this beautiful property. The wines were a phenomenal addition to the stay.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l’appartamento corrispondeva alla descrizione, ottima la posizione in centro, tutti i servizi sono praticamente sotto casa, bar, ristoranti… Il parcheggio gratuito si trova facilmente a 5 minuti a piedi, host gentile e reattivo, assolutamente consigliato ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Eleonora war immer erreichbar und auch wenn wir sie nicht persönlich getroffen haben, haben wir uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir durften schon lange vor. der eigentlichen Check-in Zeit in das Apartment, was für uns sehr hilfreich war. Das Apartment sieht genau aus wie auf den Fotos. Es ist modern und gleichzeitig gemütlich eingerichtet und wirklich herrlich groß. Es gibt einen Außenbereich, den wir zum Frühstücken und Abendessen in der Sonne genutzt haben. Die Gegend ist eine ruhige Wohngegend, es gibt kostenfreie Parkplätze in der Strasse. In etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man in der Innenstadt mit vielen Läden, Cafes und Restaurants.

Un lugar para sentir La Toscana de verdad. Hermoso lugar, con comodidades necesarias para todo. Muy buen gusto en el diseño moderno y funcional, y a la vez hermoso. Tiene comercio a pocos minutos en coche. Es un lugar de ensueño.

Super appartement op toplocatie in centrum van Piombino. Edoardo is jonge enthousiaste host, en kan je vele tips geven. Ook verhuurd hij boten om bijv. zelf naar Elba te varen. We zijn best kritisch, maar zelfs na een verblijf van 7 nachten geen negatieve zaken te melden over het appartement, Edoardo of Piombino. Mensen die van een balkon, terras of tuin houden moeten even verder kijken. Want dat heeft dit appartement niet dat wisten we uiteraard). We zouden zo weer gaan!

Luca’s place was the perfect place to stay in Grosseto. The location was just inside the walls of the Centro Storico. Luca suggested nearby street parking that was cost effective, safe and only a 5-minute walk to the apartment. Luca met me and carried my bag up to the first floor. He thoughtfully designed the space to be comfortable and functional. Everything is new and lovely. Highly recommend.
