Tranquil Trailside is 5 miles from town and just off the highway and the Mickleson Trail. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house comes furnished and ready for you and your family to enjoy their next get away. Come kick back and rest in this peaceful 2 acre setting with a full length back patio overlooking a pond, farm land, and the Mickleson Trail. Also included is an attached and enclosed 2 car garage to keep your ride dry and safe during your stay. Main Bedroom has a King size bed with matching dresser for convenient clothes storage during your stay. The Main Bedroom does have an en-suite that if desired can be accessed (or shut off) from the hallway. This bathroom has an oversized tub and separate shower. 2nd Bedroom has a Queen size bed, dresser and closet. 3rd Bedroom has a Bunk Bed with full size bed top and bottom. Also there is a trundle bed which pulls out from under the bunk if extra sleeping room is needed. Living room has 2 comfortable Futon Sofas which easily fold out for bed. 2nd Bathroom has an easy access shower, toilet and single sink. Kitchen is well equipped with most all that you would need to cook and serve dinner to the family. Gas stove, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, microwave, utensils, dishes, cups and lots of counter top space are all here. Clothes washer and dryer are easily accessed in the hallway. Patio has a gas grill, table and chairs for enjoying those quiet evenings.

Walt's Retreat

Home on 3 acres 2 miles west of Custer on paved roads. It was once a camp for Gen Crook and we have pictures of that encampment. It has a large yard along with the ability to bike into town on sidewalks and short road conditions. The home is surrounded by 40 acres of woods, creek, and pasture for tranquil living. Corral and pasture for horses available with approval as well as a garage for that cherished antique car, motorcycles or game from a successful hunt. ( Additional charges apply.)

The cabin has recently updated fiber optic internet, TV, and Roku for work and entertainment. Linens are provided and there is the convenience of a washer and dryer. Horse Lovers Bunkhouse 2, 'Head Wrangler Cabin'

One of two cabins located on a working quarter horse ranch 4 miles south of Hot Springs. The Bunkhouse has a queen bed and a single bed in a separate room, a full bathroom with shower, and a kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, and small refrigerator. There is no wifi. We have facilities for guest horses. @ 35-50 horses on the ranch Abundant wildlife in the area which includes deer, turkeys, coyotes, foxes, bats, snakes , etc. The other cabin is listed under Bunkhouse.
