Spectaculair uitzicht over de ebrovallei. Eerste en tweede verdieping van dit historische gerenoveerde stijlvolle huis (balken oude tegels). De leefkeuken in het torentje biedt ongelofelijk uitzicht. De masterbedroom is zeer ruim en sfeervol en is tevens zitruimte voor vier. (2-4 personen) Op eerste verdieping bevinden zich twee slaapkamer: een hele grote met leefruimte voor vier, zithoek en werktafel, en een aangrenzend kleine slaapkamer. De badkamer is afsluitbaar en te bereiken vanuit beide slaapkamers. Boven in het torentje is de complete eenvoudige en geoutilleerde leefkeuken. Spectaculair uitzicht en eettafel en zitbanken voor vier personen. Inspirerende plek om te schrijven of te werken. Het appartement bestaat uit de eerste en tweede verdieping van dit huis. De entree bevindt zich op de begane grond met aparte opgang naar boven. Op de begane grond bevindt zich een studio voor twee personen. De badkamer op de begane grond hoort bij deze studio gelieve deze niet te gebruiken. Niet voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Er bevinden zich trappen in het huis waardoor kleine kinderen in de gaten gehouden moeten worden. Er is geen tv, wel WIFI. De keuken is geoutilleerd om te kunnen koken en eten.

El bany privat de la suite disposa de pasta de dents, gel de bany, suavitzant per al cabell, xampú i eixugador de cabell. La cuina te vaixella complerta, estris de cuina, nevera amb congelador, espremedora, torradora, microones, cafetera/escalfador aigua, sabó, fregalls, draps, tovallons de paper, estovalles individuals, sal, sucre, oli, vinagre, càpsules variades de cafès.
