Monthly Rentals in Private Beach

We arrived very late, but the host's agent was already waiting at the apartment—such a relief! The place smelled fresh and clean the moment we stepped in. The view was amazing, and the apartment had all the amenities we could ask for. The host even prepared everything we requested in advance! About a 15 mins walk to the beach, making it a great choice if you're exploring the Palm area. The only minor issue was the bedroom curtains not being fully blackout. Still, highly recommend this spot!

Great unit in a great location. Walking distance to the Marina, Beach, Metro, Restaurants etc. had an excellent stay. Will definitely use it again when in Dubai. Thanks Hussain.

Where do I start , I am a world class traveler but I recently resorted to affordable luxury ( simple clean easy going sometimes boutique hotels ) with a great vision for marking locations globally long hours and spots unknown by most which means more homework hence comfort is imperative . This trip was different I lost my father and needed clean break while having my own place in dubai was occupied . I Haven’t come across kinder responsive and Caring hosts , I even got additional time . I’ll be sure to book again . Well rounded spot 24 hour gym access , lovely pool and conceive ( Haider’s is fantastic). Friendly security ( Simon) was helpful . Right next to a great sports bar with excellent affordable choices . Lovely places to walk around . Beach is a stone throw away . Right Infront of the mall hallelujah. Booking my next stop over .

Nice apartment und very good location ☀️ new building, clean and well furnished apartment! Wi-Fi is very fast, and the tv had Netflix which was a nice touch. There is currently construction not to far away, nevertheless once you close the doors you don’t really hear anything. Private beach and Starbucks are directly under the building :-)
