Perched on a hillside 10 minutes from Nelson and 5mins from Kokanee close to amenities, great biking and hiking trails! Have a BBQ on the patio while taking in the stunning views of Kootenay lake. Relax at your own private beach 5 minutes down the trail or enjoy the private hot tub for those tired muscles. A beautiful suite nestled in nature. It is located just outside of Balfour with access to the ferry landing, balfour store, a gas station and bakery. Ainsworth Hotsprings is a short 15 min drive, Kokanee Creek Provincial Park is 10 minutes away and Balfour Golf Course is even closer! Nelson and all its amenities is about a 25 minute jaunt. 4 wheel drive is recommended during winter weather as the last little stretch is a little steeper. Winter weather can be unpredictable.
