Our project is located in the village of Xisto Foz do Cobrão, municipality of Vila Velha de Rodão, district of Castelo Branco. The houses emerge with great grandeur on the slope of the Serra das Talhadas, in an idyllic environment, and allow an extraordinary view of the Ocreza River, the Almourão Valley and the Foz do Cobrão Village The house has a theme alluding to Olive Oil Production.

Iris Cunqueiros House

Casa Iris is located in the heart of the beautiful village of Xisto dos Cunqueiros. The largest cluster of Proença-a-Nova Shale. Pertence à Beira Baixa de Portugal, district of Castelo Branco. A unique village, where the union of the inhabitants and the famous meetings in the cellars over the weekend stands out. Our House is the perfect place to practice Slow Living. A shale house, which provides peace and an ideal place to relax. Within a radius of 30 min we found more than 5 river beaches,

At the vegetable garden, enjoy a strawberry, feel the aromas, on the balcony with wide views, rest your eyes and relax. This is the ideal space to spend a few days with friends or gather the family in a rural and welcoming environment. An invigorating dip in the pool or watching the birds fuss in the backyard. Recovering a stone house, keeping the ancestral and typical details was a challenge, but one that we gladly accepted, guided by the desire to preserve history and memory. Be welcome.
