Downtown cottage, AC, W/D, patio, sleeps 4!

Super close to downtown Colorado Springs, Memorial Park and many other amenities the Springs has to offer. Complete stand alone cottage with parking and separate full fenced yard with a large patio. Built in 2019, the cottage is super well insulated, quiet and cozy. TV on main level and a TV upstairs. Air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable stay except for a full size oven. We have a cooktop and counter top oven but not a full size oven.

This was our first time renting an Airbnb and it did not disappoint. We loved every thing about it! The layout works great. Everything was so clean. The furnishings were so comfortable. The location was close to the tourist attractions. John and Kat were so great at communicating, everything went so smoothly. We would love to come back and stay here again.

Finding a private two-bedroom ensuite for a reasonable price is tough anywhere, but Steph's lower-level apartment hit all the marks. Spacious, two bedrooms with closets and comfortable beds, couch and table in main space, very clean, with all we needed for a short stay. We were grateful for the mini-fridge, fast wifi, electric kettle, good shower, good lighting, and Roku TV. The neighborhood was very quiet and would be pretty and safe for walks. Steph checked with us to make sure we had what we needed and was on-site, which is always a good thing in my opinion. Highly recommended.

I often think we'll return to our airbnb stays again in the future, but this time, we really did a repeat stay because Lila and her place are GREAT! Lila's home is as sweet as it can be and Lila is as friendly and welcoming as she can be. Lila communicates promptly and made sure we had all that we needed for a short stay in Colorado Springs. Her place is quiet, clean and really demonstrates the ethos of airbnb in my thinking. I recommend her place highly.
