Charming Cottage

In the center of Annoeullin, with many shops, 20 minutes from Lille and 5 minutes from the train station to Lille or Lens, nice little house of about 60 m2 on 2 levels. Fully equipped kitchen and dining room around the pellet stove on the ground floor. A few steps higher, a magnificent cathedral living room with TV and Wi-Fi, sofa and a 2-seater sofa bed. A comfortable and quiet double bedroom and bathroom. On request, a single mattress can be provided in the mezzanine. We're waiting for you 😉

In our garden...

On the garden floor, at the back of our house, the "chalet" : a bed for 2 people, a mezzanine (child from 4 to 10 years old), a kitchenette, a bathroom, a toilet. At the back of the garden, the "cabin it was once" : a bed 2 people. You sleep in the "cottage" and have amenities in the same place, and/or in the "cabin" and must walk through the garden to have amenities. We can accommodate from 1 to 5 people max. 1 see or 3 motorcycles max can be parked in the secure courtyard, car gate.

Studio Namasté

Studio calme et chaleureux, entièrement refait et aménagé, situé à l'arrière de ma maison, en bordure de jardin. Parking gratuit à proximité du logement. A proximité : Gare de Bauvin - Provin : 10 minutes à pieds, 2 minutes en voiture. Douvrin (Usine ACC) est à 15 minutes en voiture et Lens est à 20 minutes. Lille : 20 minutes en train, 30 minutes en voiture. Pour les balades au vert, l'étang de pêche de Bauvin et les bords de la Deûle sont à 10 minutes à pied.

Lille is 20 minutes away, Arras and Lens are 30 minutes away. Ideal for people traveling for work or for a few vacation days to discover Nord Pas de Calais. Everything is provided to allow you to travel light (bed linen and bathroom linen).

Quiet Independent House

Ideally located at the end of a cul-de-sac; it is in our charming house that you will have a relaxing stay. This house has free parking, a large living-dining room complete with a fully equipped modern kitchen. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with queen beds. And a 3rd bedroom, with a single bed. For sunny days, relax in our small shaded courtyard. Beware of children, the stairs to the bedrooms are steep.

Gîte Le Séchoir

In an inhabited U farmhouse, this apartment, with its independent entrance is located on the floor of a fully renovated old chicory dryer. Featuring a large living room of more than 30m2 with a sofa bed, a fitted kitchen (hobs, oven, microwave), separate toilets, a bedroom with a double bed and its shower room. At the entrance of the cottage, you will enjoy a small terrace and a summer bar with its barbecue.
