Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Province of Belluno

This is a home originally built in the 1509s. Extremely cool place to stay and very quiet. picture tell the whole story. Host provided videos on how to get to place and how to access the keys a couple of days before check in. If the kids want to try skiing, very small lift serviced hill is located 100m from the door. If you plan to go skiing at Civeta one of the access points is about 1km away. if you plan to go to Cortina to Alta Badia/Vsl Gardena you should be prepared fie an hours drive through steep switchbacks. Grocety store, Butcher and at least 3 ski shops are within a 5 min wal of your doir. We had a great time and no issues with the place.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming town. It was a great place to base and day trip around the Dolomites and return with ease in each direction. The unit was clean and spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. Monika was in tough with us before and after but we never needed her as everything went smoothly and made the experience one we would highly recommend!

We stayed in the apartment for a week in August. We really enjoyed an apartment in a homely atmosphere, clean and well equipped. The view from the apartment is great. It is centrally located near many attractions within walking distance or a short drive. The owner of the apartment, Valeria, is very nice. She speaks good English.

Wunderbares Apartement in toller Lage - nicht nur für Skifahrer. Das Apartment überzeugt durch seine gute Aufteilung mit geräumigem Kochbereich, großem Esstisch und bequemer Couch und Sessel sowie separatem Schlafbereich im OG, wobei die Platzverhältnissse im EG geräumiger sind, als dies die Fotos vermitteln. Die 3 Schlaf-Zimmer verfügen über sehr gute und bequeme Betten und bieten ausreichend Platz. Die sauberen, modernen und durchdachten Bäder lassen keine Wünsche offen. Heizung einschl. Warm-Wasseraufbereitung für das Bad funktionieren tadelos. Der Aufenthalt startet schon mit einer sehr guten und professionellen Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Die leere Gasflasche für den Herd wurde innerhalb von 15 min fachmännisch getauscht. Das Haus, ein Unikat aus vergangenen Zeiten ist äußerst stilvoll und vor einigen Jahren professionell Restauriert worden - wirklich keine 08-15 Unterbringung. Insgesamt uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Soggiorno oltre le aspettative. Noemi una persona deliziosa e ci ha accolto con la sua famiglia in questo luogo meraviglioso. Super consigliato per una vacanza all insegna del relax e di lunghe passeggiate nella natura!!!

이 숙소는 사진 및 설명과 일치합니다. 방, 화장실, 침구류 등이 매우 청결했으며, 주방에는 요리를 위한 모든 물품(전자레인지, 오븐, 식기세척기, 올리브유, 발사믹, 소금 등)이 완비되어 있습니다. 또한 체크인과 체크아웃이 간단했습니다. 주차장에는 한 대를 주차할 수 있지만, 도보로 5분 거리에 무료 공영주차장이 위치해있습니다. 큰 마트 또한 도보로 10분 거리 내에 있습니다. 모든 것이 편리한 숙소입니다.

Had an amazing stay. House was perfect, Katya was really helpful throughout, gave lots of recommendations and replied to messages quickly. 10 min walk into town where there were lots of restaurants and cafes.

Maria ci ha accolto calorosamente. il suo appartamento è perfetto per pulizia, qualità e quantità di armadiature, cucina attrezzatissima di ogni elettrodomestico, il bagno è grande e bellissimo. La casa è dotata di aeratori che danno ricambio di aria automatico. Entrata senza scale, comodissima, parcheggio privato accanto a casa, sci ai piedi. Favoloso appartamento, ci torneremo senz'altro.

La casa è perfetto stile ampezzano . Ambiente accogliente con tutte le comodità e molto pulito, posizione centrale . Unico neo il bagno nella seconda stanza era un po’ freddo .

Wspaniała lokalizacja, ciche miejsce w sam raz żeby odpocząć po ciężkim dniu na nartach. Blisko do sklepu oraz pizzerii. Gospodarz bardzo miły i uprzejmy chętnie doradza. W naszym apartamencie czuliśmy się jak w domu wszytko było na swoim miejscu polecam i na pewno wrócę.

Maria’s directions were clear, let you can easily go into the residence which provided all what you needed. It’s convenient that can get to Ortisei in 15 mins and have a fantastic view in the balcony. After dinner my wife and I always took a walk behind the apartment. Maria’s quickly response could solve your problem in time. If you want to visit Dolomiti, I recommend you stay Maria’s apartment.

We are very thankful for our stay. The house and its surroundings are beautiful, you can go for a hike directly from the front door. Also the bus stop is nearby and the parking is really convenient if you come by car. The house has everything you might need. The host and his family are very nice and kind people.

This is such a great little flat, and a great value in expensive Colfosco. Bruna, the hostess, was wondeful, kind, helpful and great with fast communication. The apartment is small, but it's warm, quiet, comfortable, and has everything you need. And only a 2 minute walk to the supermarket. Perfect for one person. I wasn't able to ski due to an injury, but the location couldn't be better, only a minute direct to the pistes. I will definitely stay here again when I come back!

L'appartement se situe dans une résidence de très bon standing, à proximité des commerces et de très belles randonnées. L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé et très propre. Gros plus pour l'accueil et les recommandations au top de Claudine.

Sono stata in Baiata da Luigi con la mia famiglia e quella di mio fratello,con la presenza di 3 bambini dei quali 1 di 1 anno.Abbiamo trascorso giorni stupendi,tra sci, passeggiate notturne nella neve e giochi davanti al fuoco del camino acceso.Abbiamo adorato il trasferimento in slitta,avventuroso,la baita accogliente e pulitissima,la vicinanza alle piste da sci, ma soprattutto l'accoglienza di Luigi che con la sua simpatia e presenza ha reso tutto ancora piú speciale.Siamo partiti con una bella nevicata e con una gran voglia di tornare molto presto magari questa estate.

Giorgio's place is absolutely amazing. We were 2 families, 4 adults and 5 kids. There was plenty of space. We went during the summer and multiple hikes are accessible right in front of the place with a cable car just down the hill. Giorgio provided great recommendations and the check-in was easy. The description matched the amenities, we had a starter pack for everything we needed for a week stay. The next time we are in the Val Fassa area we will be looking to book Giorgio's place.

Siamo stati a dormire per una notte nella botte di legno, che dire .. una location unica Il posto era a dir poco stupendo, immerso nel verde e con vista sulle Dolomiti I bagni e la stanza erano pulitissimi e con tutto il necessario ( asciugami, creme, mozioni corpo, phon ecc ) Il letto con vista montagna e pineta era comodissimo e davvero molto pulito Esperienza unica e indimenticabile Sicuramente consigliatissima!!! La casa è bellissima, Raffaele ci ha fatto trovare una cucina rifornita di tutto il necessario per la colazione con buonissimi dolci, marmellate, caffè ecc.. Il posto è molto tranquillo con una bellissima vista sulle montagne, molto pulita e ben tenuta è un meraviglioso posto per staccare dalla vita di tutti i giorni. Raffaele è stato molto disponibile, gentile e pronto ad aiutare, inoltre ci ha consigliato degli ottimi posti dove mangiare. Molto consigliato!

L’ensemble de notre séjour s’est bien passé. Valentina a été disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Quelques petits soucis qui n’ont pas gâché nos vacances. Le wifi est très lent (routeur 4G) ne comptez pas dessus si vous souhaitez regarder des séries, mais je pense que c’est dû à la situation géographique du logement. Sinon pour le reste, l’emplacement est parfait : calme et superbe vue. Un bon souvenir pour nous.

Extraordinary stay! Comfortable A-Frame located in a mixed-use camping ground with tent camping, campers and tiny cabins/A-frames. Restaurant and reception on site, along with a food truck + community campfire area. Amenities like laundromat, and spa/sauna added to the stay! Thoughtful touches like water carafe in room and nespresso coffee machine with some pods ready to go. The A-frame was clean and comfy! I would add that it can get warm, as there are no windows that open, and the bed could be a bit more cushiony, as it was a little hard, but still made for a great stay! Would definitely love to stay again! There was some confusion on the check-out time but was all sorted out with the reception! Definitely recommend staying here!
