Franca was an outstanding host, very friendly, always there to help, made me feel right at home from the beginning. Great list of recommandations, especially for the restaurants. Great location, pretty close to all the city’s major attractions. The neighborhood was a bit noisy at night, especially during the weekend, but nothing a good pair of earplugs can’t fix. The apartment was cozy, really felt like a true Italian home.

Paolo is a very educated, honest, and cooperative host. The apartment is spacious and the cleanliness is unbeatable, including the super hygienic protected pillows and matress. After living in more than 60 Airbnbs, I saw many dirty apartments that were rated 5 stars. This is why Paolo's place deserves 10 stars. Besides it is newly renovated, with a modern bathroom (very rare in Italy) and perfectly equipped. And it even has 2 balconies. The location is superb. Only 200 meters to the metro, 400 to the train- and main busstation, 800 to a big Lidl supermarket and only 1 km to the historic center. I highly recommend this apartment. Although I know that means it will be probably not available, when I want to book it again. ;)

A spacious and sunny apartment, with all the comforts and essential services for a stay full of tranquility and comfort. Free parking in the streets adjacent to the entrance of the building. The kitchen is equipped with everything, attention to detail and extreme cleanliness. The large terrace enjoys a wonderful view of the Brescia hills, a natural solarium to be used and a silence in the neighborhood (for those who are not used to living in the chaos of the metropolis) that makes you "unplug". A 15-minute walk will take you to the southern historic center, a must-see with a convenient choice of trattorias and typical Brescian taverns. Frequent public transport, but above all, the cleanliness and general decorum of the city. We'll be back soon. Thank you for everything. Franco and family

This place was perfect! We were there for a family member to have eye surgery and Valentina made our stay worry-free. From all of the communication before we arrived and her flexibility when we were delayed, to ordering taxis on off hours, to making sure we were refunded the tourist tax since it was a medical visit, Valentina was prepared for everything. Plus, she is so delightful and friendly. I truly enjoyed her and the apartment which was so comfortable and had everything we needed. We walked to the supermarket every couple of days and did a lot of cooking. It truly felt like home. There were 3 of us and we had plenty of room. We were there for 16 nights and would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay in Alessandra's beautiful accommodation. The location is perfect; in a quiet street in the center of Brescia. The accommodation also has a lovely sheltered courtyard and is fully equipped. Alessandra was incredibly sweet and hospitable, she made us feel right at home and was always ready to help. In short: definitely recommended!
