Ideal if you love the real Lombard countryside. I've lived here since 1995.

Una volta arrivati al secondo piano pace e tranquillità vi faranno dimenticare di essere a Brescia, vicinissimi alla stazione della metro, alla Poliambulanza e all'uscita autostradale Bs Centro.

The house is very welcoming. Consisting of a studio furnished in modern style with all comforts, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and hot tub. All surrounded by nature and the outdoor presence of a large swimming pool for the EXCLUSIVE USE of guests. The property being close to the medieval castle is not accessible by your own means, we use our car to bring guests and luggage. However, it is a 200-meter walk in the green of the hill.

It enjoys a privileged position being 200 meters from the historic center and the lake with its splendid promenade.
