What an amazing stay we had at Valeria and Roberto's place! What stands out upon arriving is the gorgeous view on the garden, with its olive trees, and the sea in the distance. The apartment itself is very tastefully decorated, clean, and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. As hosts, Valeria and Roberto truly went above and beyond, making us feel right at home. A lovely touch was the basket of produce from the vegetable garden that Roberto brought us when we arrived. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Great house, right on the lake, very private, private access to the Starnd, sunrise and sun downhill from the terrace to admire. The furniture in the house is a bit outdated, but it didn't bother you. Good communication with the homeowner, responds to the requests. I'd love to vacation there again. Simply great.

Lina was an amazing host, she made sure we felt right at home and was super available to us. She really went out of her way to accommodate our needs, we would recommend both the amazing house as well as her personally. Communication was always very clear and she was very kind and available both for the check in as well as the check out.

Concetta's Place was the perfect little gem for our holiday. Centrally located is within 5 Min walking distance from the main pedestrian avenue, the old town and the local beaches. There is a minimarket couple roads over which is perfect to buy some extra drinks to drink in the quiet of the private garden. Loved our stay, and our toddler did too !

We rented Michela's place to spend a week in peace...and so it was! Very nice house, clean, corresponding to the photos, with air conditioning and an outdoor garden where you can eat in peace. Ideal for a couple. The house is located in a strategic point: the area is in fact residential, and for this reason quiet. Just a 5-minute walk away you can reach the nearest promenade (through a practical, well-lit overpass even at night), where you can find many attractions and take a walk. As for the sea, a few minutes away on foot you can reach the free beach (or equipped, as needed), while in a few minutes by car you can reach many characteristic (and beautiful) beaches. Super friendly and helpful hosts! They treated us really well, giving us advice and making themselves available in any case, and for that we thank them very much.

The apartment is in the center of the village, recently renovated and in excellent condition, equipped with all the necessary comfort. On each side you can admire the beautiful view of the mountains and see the many municipalities perched on the peaks. The apartment is also very close to the shops and bars of the village and therefore very convenient for shopping or to spend a few hours outdoors on the square that seems a bit like the living room of the town. Vincenzo is an excellent host, always available even for simple tips, hospitable and generous, like the entire Roccavivara community. Beautiful vacation.

Fantastic accommodation equipped with every comfort and attention to detail. The host is super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to spend a few days of relaxation and tranquility outside the city.

Clean apartment, large nice balcony with nice view. Easy parking, comfortable beds as usual in rental apartments, a little spartanly equipped. Wifi did not work, but we did not point this out as 4G worked well. Overall, a good place.

We stayed in Marco's apartment for a week. Very spacious apartment, very clean and in a great location ,very close to the beach, both free and equipped with San Salvo, restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. Everything is perfect...highly recommended.
