Condo holiday rentals in Province of Catanzaro

I stayed two nights at Antonello's apartment with my boyfriend and another couple of friends and we had a great time. The location is excellent: in ten minutes by car you can reach the center of Lamezia, other nearby villages and the sea. Sotto casa is a supermarket and other useful amenities, including a pharmacy. The apartment is brand new, modern and clean, equipped with air conditioners, hairdryer, towels and buckets for separate collection. The two bedrooms, but also the kitchen (where there were two bottles of water) and the bathrooms, are spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. Antonello is very kind and helpful; I told him our arrival in advance and he was already inside the house, welcoming us in an extremely kind and solar way. I asked him if it was possible to postpone the check-out (scheduled for 11: 00 a.m.) and, after informing him of the following reservations, the day after our arrival he told me that, without problems, we could leave the apartment at 1: 00 p.m. We were really happy about it, having a wedding the night before. An absolutely positive experience in every aspect. Super recommended apartment also in relation to the quality/price ratio!

Lovely place with a nice view of the sea from the balcony. Good location in the heart of the Pizzo old town with lots of restaurants nearby and 10-15 minute walk to the beach. When we arrived Angela was there to greet us and there were lots of groceries ready for us like bread, vegetables, fruits and even homemade marmelade. Very good place to stay in Pizzo!

Giovanni's unit was 5+ star. It had everything we needed and he supplied lots of little goodies which we enjoyed. The orange liquer was yummy. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We loved the beautiful view down to the ocean - amazing!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Listing is as described, all the preliminary information was a good fit. The location or proximity to the beach is very good. You only walk 3 minutes. Since we were on site in the late season, there were also very few people or only locals present there. It's unfortunate that very few speak English. From the property you can visit the supermarkets and restaurant by car. In Marina Davoli is a great gelateria Con Gusto and in Braci & Galici you can eat well. Larger selection of shops and restaurants is then in Soverato. The accommodation is well suited for family, as there is also a cot. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at Soverato Con Vista. The house is well kept and clean, with parking and a great location, 2 minutes to town. The outside play equipment was a great hit with our toddler too. We will definitely be back again soon. The host was very responsive as well. Thank you!

Clean and well-kept accommodation surrounded by immense tranquility, Franco, the owner of the house, and his wife Pina, are two exquisite people, very kind and always ready to meet any need, maximum availability with schedules and with the use of the house, where there is plenty of space and tranquility at will. The house was very well kept, let's say new in structure and decor. The highlight for us was the shower, beautiful, large and comfortable, which I don't mind in a seaside with two children. The beach near home was the icing on the cake. Maybe it's the most beautiful beach on the coast. I from Calabrese right in that area, I had never visited it and it was truly a surprise to see this paradise wonder. Finally, the biggest thanks go to Enza. A person of unique kindness and availability. Of those people who truly make you feel the famous hospitality of our southern Italy and in particular our beautiful Calabria which is always a surprise for those who have the desire and curiosity to visit it. So let's give a nice 10 and praise to everything. Thank you

We had a really lovely stay at Franco's place! The place was clean, beautiful and had everything one might need. Would have loved to stay there for even longer than a few days. Most of the praise needs to be directed at Franco himself though, he was extremely kind and helpful. He even gave us some delicious grapes from his own garden and gave us rides from Lamezia Terme and back. The garden itself offered many places to relax, either just for sitting down or even lying down in a hammock. The sandy beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away. All in all, would highly recommend!

The stay at the accommodation was pleasant. The residence is quiet, well cared for and the swimming pool is clean. Asa is a responsive and helpful host. The house is equipped with all accessories, especially in the kitchen; there is a TV and a hairdryer. The sofa bed is comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed from 4 to 17/8 in this beautiful apartment, equipped with everything. There was a washing machine and also the dishwasher, air conditioners that we did not use, because the apartment was cool and in the evening you slept very well in the evening. Well-equipped kitchen, garden/backyard added value. We had breakfasts and dinners with breathtaking sunsets. It was inside a residence with a parking space and pool... very close to pastry shops, ice cream shops and supermarkets. Convenient location to visit beautiful beaches. 5 minutes from Pizzo Vieja, 40 minutes to Tropea. A great stay that I hope to repeat.

Beautiful farm surrounded by greenery with pool ...suitable for those who want a relaxing vacation...the owners are very helpful , kind , welcoming , company and very nice !! The view outside is breathtaking from the structure , the meadows , the flowers , the trees and the pool!! Surely if there is an opportunity , I will be back!! Highly recommended!! Ps not all rooms have a kitchen (it is not a criticism, it is a warning for those looking for a more equipped room and/or has special needs but I am sure that if you contact the owners will find a solution given their availability ) Location pet-friendly!! With this I conclude : Great experience!!

Everything was very good, my only suggestion would be to have a written list of instructions such as garbage schedule, TV instructions etc. An espresso coffee pot would be an added touch other than that it was very good. We were impressed that Alexandra was very quick to respond to any questions we had and we would certainly go there again and refer our family and friends. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay in Pizzo, in Maria's apartment, who was an exceptional host, adorable, responsive, understanding, especially when we arrived with a day of difference following a "misadventure" in Rome, she welcomed us with milk and cakes to comfort the children. The apartment is very large, with all the necessities for the kitchen, linens, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms, the equipment was perfect, and not to mention the essential air conditioning during the summer. The pool was very nice, and the beach within walking distance 300 meters. The residence was very quiet, ideal for our family. And in addition, a glacier close to the residence "Gelataria Enrico" to taste their artisanal and local ice cream, the "tartufo di Pizzo" which are a treat. The best cities to visit and beaches are Tropea, Scilla (Chianalea village), Pizzo, Reggio Calabria. Thanks again Maria for this stay, we highly recommend her apartment.
