Welcome to your Italian countryside retreat, where rustic charm meets modern comfort across three stunning floors. The pool is always open from June to the end of September, this can be extended but may incur an additional cost depending on circumstances and what bookings we have, please ask!

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.
