The rural house is 1 km from the town of Sant'Apollinare Here there are all the essential shops. The house, the pool and the appurtenances, are for the exclusive use of those who are guests at that time; surrounded by the vineyards, in a dominant position on a hill, 1.5 hectares of vineyard attached to the house and owned, ensure the necessary privacy. We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

The nearest beaches are a 15-minute drive away, San Salvo, Vasto, nearby farms and countless fortified villages, located on top of the surrounding hills. The apartment is independent, the view is enchanting, the colors of nature vary according to the seasons, on clear days you can see the Tremiti islands.
