A comfortable apartment, approx. 65 square meters, located in an 18th-century building. It is located on a typical street by our wonderful lake, which does not allow access by car. Very peaceful area. You can drive to within approximately 70–80 meters of the house. The nearest station is Lake Como. From here, in 15 minutes on foot, facing a small climb, you are at home. From the small balcony, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the city and the lake.

Completely reformed with modern taste, this lovely apartment is ideal for a couple or if you need I can put a single sofa bed and could be for a family of three.
