Beachfront holiday rental in Province of Cosenza

Studio for two people on the second floor of a building overlooking the sea. At check-in, we were welcomed by Chiara's mother, a friendly and kind lady who explained some things to us. We also took our 11-year-old dog on vacation who enjoyed the proximity to the beach having difficulty walking. Outside the building there is also a space equipped with a pump where we were able to wash the dog when we returned from the beach. Guaranteed parking space inside this condominium space that is accessed with an automatic gate. We'll definitely be back ☺️

Beautiful place! We had a very comfortable and private stay with great views. The place was really clean and had all the necessities. Michele was really helpful, suggesting restaurants, beaches, etc. Loved it!

Lovely place, beautiful sea, with access to a pebble beach almost for private use, Amelia and Gaetano welcomed us as if we were family, giving us all the necessary information to spend our vacation in the best way, friendly and never invasive, we will definitely be back next year

Perfect! This place was a serene getaway right on the beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea. Upon arrival, the house was just as described and photographed with plenty of private en suite bathrooms and lots of open common space. The kitchen was well-equipped (and stocked with some delicious surprises) making it easy to serve a group of 10+. The bedrooms were clean and spacious with beautiful lighting and some had ocean views. Nicola was super friendly and flexible with arrival time. He came to let us in and give us a full tour to make sure we knew how every amenity functioned, including the espresso machine. The house was very clean. The couches and beds were comfortable. The size and layout of the house make it very comfortable for large families or groups to use while maintaining individual or couple privacy. Our group of 10 will definitely be back! Had a great time here. On the way out we arrived in the dark and therefore had some trouble finding the house. A property in front of the house is somewhat blocking the view, but nevertheless fantastic stay. Lovely garden, large rooms, house full of comforts and a nice center nearby. We had rented a car so easily accessible for us. Nice and nice food in the shopping street of Scalea near Vularie Siciliane, very affordable too! Recommended, sandy beach at lido de Azzuro, beautiful bay, beautifully surrounded by mountains. Accessible via a (spicy) set of stairs. Sylwia gave a lot of nice tips. We were warmly welcomed and easily introduced to the apartment: plenty of water and coffee were ready for us. 2 balconies (northwest or around corner northeast overlooking the sea, southwest or southeast around the corner overlooking the mountain ranges) invited you to enjoy breakfast, a sunbath or the evening end. The furnishings left nothing to be desired (see description). Dogs, cats, chickens in the neighborhood convey a rural flair. Fabrizio Piccolo for us was the starting point for many entertaining activities (close range: Rossano and Corigliano - narrow old towns on a hillside, Sibari with the archaeological park; distant area: Camigliatello Silano in the magnificent Sila National Park). A car is recommended for the neighborhood, enough parking space is available at the house, located on a cul-de-sac. It was difficult for us to say goodbye, easily arranged.

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house located directly on a perfect sandy beach with sunset views and calm warm water for swimming. Great wifi, Netflix TV Fantastic well furnished patio for dining and sunbathing, relaxing, with a great outdoor hot shower, BBQ, umbrellas etc. Viviana is a lovely host who made sure we had everything we needed, her welcome pizza and snacks were much appreciated as were her great restaurant recommendations. the nearby ruins were worth the visit and dining options in Bellevedere and Diamante are plentiful . we were 4 adults who loved our week at Vivianas Beach house

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, a ventilated terrace from where you can admire the sea. 200 Mt is the beach and a great Sicilian bakery The owner is kind and thoughtful Tip: The wifi since the connection does not always work in the area

Giulia and Guido (the caretaker) are available and present if needed. The accommodation matches the description, in fact there is even more!! In the house there is everything you need to eat, dishwasher, washing machine and clothesline. The sea view apartment offers beautiful sunsets and there is the possibility of walking there through the beautiful olive garden that surrounds the residence of the residence. There is also a beautiful swimming pool with a lifeguard always present! Quiet and beautiful place to enjoy a little well-deserved relaxation!! I highly recommend it with the hope of coming back soon!!!☀️

Apartment on two floors complete with everything you need located inside a residence with a pool, excellent communication as the host is on site. Downtown Scalea is a couple of minutes away by car. Recommended

Angela was great hostess, she greeted us on arrival. We enjoyed our stay next to the sea. We had a car and there was off street parking!

We stayed for a week with our 3 teenagers in Fabio's house for a week. We were very well hosted, the house is in Cirella (townhouse 5 min from the beach so a little noise at certain times but you get used to it). The house is well-equipped with all the necessities which avoids buying everything when you arrive. Had a great vacation!

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment is as described in the listing, equipped with everything you need and very clean. The sea view from the balcony is awesome. The noise from the street and the railway was somewhat disturbing.

It was great staying in one of the houses in Gianfranco and Gabriella's popular hotel. We stayed in the Chiani house, it is very well cared for with a attention to every detail typical of craftsmanship and the Calabrian tradition. Gianfranco and Gabriella are very kind and gave us great suggestions on the villages to visit and local activities. Living in Belmonte was an unforgettable experience, the house is set in the Middle Ages, looking out over the alleys and enjoying the views gave us the opportunity to participate in the millenary history of the villages of Calabria. We highly recommend staying with Gianfranco and Gabriella both to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Calabria and to live the experience of the medieval village of the crafts of Calabria.

Spacious, clean and well equipped accommodation right in the centre of Praia a Mare. Close to good restaurants and bars. Floriana was specially helpful and concerned that we enjoyed our stay.

My stay in Amantea was unforgettable thanks to the incredible hosts. Genuinely kind, attentive, and welcoming—some of the best I’ve ever met. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

The apartment is comfortable,after renovation,everything is shining,clean. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary accessories(new,good quality) for cooking. The terrace,its own separate corner in silence and peace,wonderful!Proximity to the sea, 5 minutes walk. Everything is great!Hosts Sandro and Paola are friendly and hospitable people,always accommodating to our wishes and requests. We are very grateful to them for their kindness and humanity!

We spent 10 wonderful days at Sergio's place. Cleanliness and attention to detail, large and comfortable outdoor spaces, but above all a fabulous location. Garden directly on the sea, beach practically reserved for the residence. Only the noise of the waves at night. Highly recommended.
