Very fresh accommodation in beautiful Offida. New, clean, and well equipped. Ornella had very good Mozarella with her from Naples when she arrived as we enjoyed on the terraces. We really recommend Ornella's place. Offida is a gem. Super cozy village with great restaurants and many different wineries.

Paola’s place was so fresh and spacious! The perfect home away from home. Thank you for having us!

This place was perfect for an affordable short stay. The place has automatic blackout blinds which were amazing. If you open the blinds there’s a relatively nice view of a wall with some lovely flower pots. The kitchen was very well stocked, the beds were comfy and it was spotless. Leo was an amazing host who went above and beyond to help us when we were there. We couldn’t rate him highly enough!! Thank you Leo.

Massimo's apartment is very functional, equipped with every comfort, clean and very comfortable because just a few meters from the sea. It was a very pleasant stay and Massimo was always very helpful despite not being present in those days. Absolutely recommend!

I stayed in Toni's little house in summer, and I had a great time: my mother Eliza welcomed me, a very kind lady with whom to chat in a great Italian! House as shown in the very clean and tidy photo, with a wonderful view of the sea: in the morning you can see the sunrise rising! Quiet area with beach access a few minutes' walk. Nearby villages are remarkable to visit. Services reachable comfortably 5 minutes by car. I felt welcomed at home, and safe thanks to the lock with a code. Beaches both equipped and free, but very quiet, airy and uncrowded. Fast and responsive communication: super positive experience!

We stayed as a family (2 adults, 1 child and 1 baby) in Claudios lovely apartment. The apartment is large and clean, with beautiful views from the balcony. It was the perfect place to explore local towns, beaches and a national park complete with waterfall. Claudio was a great host and provided all information we needed and ensured that we were happy throughout stay

Everything is perfect! I was on vacation in the Marche for the first time, I chose the apartment proposed by Giorgio since I had really liked it from the photos and descriptions...today I can say that it is much more than I expected. I recommend this place to everyone! ...I was with my dogs...a Dalmatian and a Chiwi...for them a paradise and they were also very warmly welcomed. Thank you so much for everything. What can I say...Cinzia Host, to say the least, FABULOUS... she welcomed us as if she had always known us with a smile and a way of doing that immediately put us at ease... we stayed for two nights with our 2-year-old, who appreciated the crib lovingly prepared for him by Cinzia that he fell asleep on his own (never done in two years )🤣 Spectacular house, clean, cozy with attention to detail... nothing is really missing... we were divinely and... we will be back soon. Thank you Cinzia for giving us an end and a beginning of the year in thiscorner of timeless paradise.. With affection Riccardo, Olma and Ismaele.

For our holiday with two children, the apartment is perfectly suitable. Clean and cozy. There is a railway nearby, but the soundproofing in the apartment is beautiful. This noise didn't bother us. It was very nice to feel the care of the hosts: a bottle of water in the fridge, shower gel and soap in the bathroom, beautifully laid towels, packed salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil. Everything you could need during your vacation, if I forgot something myself) The location is wonderful. We really appreciate it.

Extremely cozy house with every amenity. Equipped with everything. Sabrina and her family are exquisite people, always available, welcoming and ready to solve any kind of problem that may arise. The sea can be reached by car in 15 minutes, but the house is a few minutes from the village of Ripatransone, a gem. Thank you for everything

Torre di Palme is a bijoux. Francesco's accommodation is right on the central square from where the village begins. The place is spacious, one of those homes where you didn't sneak into the spaces... being 4 of us needed closets and places to store things. Here, we could bring 4 more suitcases and we would have had a place to fill between drawers and wardrobes. Nothing is missing and (to my surprise) Francesco also offers soap shampoo detergent that no host normally offers. Also sheets and pillowcases and towels, all present in the house. Fantastic! It's a 5/10 minute drive to the beach (it depends where you want to go). The highway exit is 5 minutes away. If you go like us in Ferragosto, there is plenty of choice between gastronomic festivals of all kinds. To close by again thanking Francesco for his availability and hospitality, I just say that he also helped me bring my suitcases into the house (and they were not 2 things..). Highly recommended !

We have been for a week, wonderful views from the terrace. Plenty of nice places to visit in the area, Offida and Fermo! Then cool off in the sea, near the cottage. The cottage has all the comforts, we were with four adults and a child, which fit fine. Beds sleep well, air conditioning in the bedrooms and neat bathrooms. And we were welcomed with bubbles and tips for the surroundings, in short recommended!

Well-maintained apartment, clean and equipped with everything you need; we really appreciated the air conditioning in the bedroom. Silvia is very kind and available. Exceptional parts are of course the private pool and veranda, which at night light up and create a fantastic atmosphere!! We will definitely be back, we really had a great time!!

We left Casali Costadoro already with nostalgia. An enchanting place, nestled in the hills with the silence of nature. Beautiful pool but we preferred the sea with the reserved places included in the price of the accommodation, in the surroundings - in the evening - medieval villages with a beautiful cultural program of parties, festivals and concerts. A beautiful vacation with our one-year-old and our bordercollie. Thank you!

Amazing experience! The place is very nice with a beautiful background on the valley, the structure and the farmhouse are really beautiful and very well cared for, from the pool to the hydromassage square, the apartment on this farmhouse has been renovated with the same rustic style but with style and great attention to detail. What about Rossana and her family, always very kind and available with tips on any activity you want to do. My family and I had a great time and had a great time. We'll definitely be back

Charming location and accommodation that allows you to relax surrounded by nature. The home is equipped with every comfort and the host is available whenever you need it. The place is a paradise and is perfect for those looking for relaxation and wellness with stunning views. Obviously traveling by car or you can reach, with trips of about 20-60 minutes, the best Marche towns and experience the beauty of this magnificent region. Access to the property is a little uncomfortable and impervious, but just drive slowly and be careful, especially if you do not have a high car as in my case. In any case, this did not affect the quality of one of the most beautiful holidays I have ever had, so I can say that the experience was absolutely magnificent so that, if only I had more time, I would repeat it tomorrow. Enjoy this magnificent place and congratulations to the host! W LE MARCHE!

We stayed at Villa Terrione for 10 days over Pentecost in May with 2 kimderns and 2 adults. The property is as new, mega-maintained and very well equipped. The facility is secured, so you can leave your car and valuables with a clear conscience. Pool (unheated) and jacuzzi and tennis court in top condition. Even 4 tennis rackets and balls were available. The location is quietly located in a mixed area away from the city. A great restaurant is 100 meters away ( definitely try it). Annamaria and Francesco were great hosts! We had WiFi topics at the beginning, they took care of them right away. Every request is kindly and confidently answered. We will be happy to come back.
