Holiday rentals with beach access in Province of Fermo

We spent 10 nights in this haven of tranquility in late May. We enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace outside of the kitchen every morning of our stay. On each day of our visit we made a point of discovering neighboring hilltop villages. This in itself was an unforgettable experience. I also thoroughly enjoyed the organic olive oil tasting run by the proprietors of property. The care and detail than Livia and her husband have put into this place and the surrounding olive groves has made a perfect retreat for those lucky enough to stay there.

We had a great time in Lido di Fermo and immediately felt very comfortable in this great penthouse, which offers all the necessary comforts to guests and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The highlight of the apartment is the all-round roof terrace with an incredible panoramic view, two outdoor showers and great seating options, which also provide shade at lunch with sea views thanks to the extendable sunshine. Matteo was an attentive host and always responded very quickly to questions and provided us with helpful tips. Thanks for everything - we'll be happy to come back :-D

The apartment is very comfortable, with ample space and everything very well furnished and functional. The location is exceptional, in a quiet area, you cross the pine forest in front of the house and you are already on the beach, alternatively you can get to the center in about 10 minutes. The house is close to all the main services. There were 4 of us with an 11-month-old baby and we had a great time, Marco and Monica were fantastic hosts, always available and very kind, highly recommended to stay with them!

Paolo's home was in a great location near the sea. We enjoyed our visit.

Claudia was very helpful to us! She always answered any questions I had with great accuracy. Beautiful and very clean house, maybe a little small for 4 people but super functional! Great value for money!

The stay was very nice. The apartment was clean and it had everything we needed. Maja was totally friendly and gave us tips such as restaurants, festivals and activities. The surroundings were not too busy, we had a very relaxing vacation. The sea was clean and so was the beach. We were able to recover superbly and will definitely be back soon. Thanks for everything!!

There is very little to say about the accommodation, the house is exactly as you expect after seeing the photos; large and equipped living area, spacious rooms but I would add furniture in the bedroom, bathroom ok with super shower. Air conditioning everywhere. Large outdoor space being finished but already enjoyable thanks to deck chairs and table with 4 chairs. Other positive notes: Andrea was super helpful in providing us with everything we needed for a 2-year-old, such as a camp bed and a chair seat for meals, which is not at all common. Negative notes: no microwave or mosquito nets. Accommodation that should be considered by families of up to 4 people. Essential services minutes away by car, quiet area makes parking easy. Sea 5 minutes on foot beyond the railway which is not very noisy, the center is about 15 minutes away. A round of applause for Andrea who turned out to be one of the best Hosts we met, super responsive, kind and very friendly.

Practical and cozy apartment: parking space, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Renovated apartment therefore quite cool with fans. Maybe the air conditioner is missing for too hot days but with the fans available you can stay quietly. Just a stone's throw from the beach, free or equipped, just cross the street and you're already in the water. Ideal place for families also with pets for the lots of greenery available. Supermarket 300 meters away , we will gladly return.

Serena was an amazing host , im sorry i caused her some inconvenience but i will make sure to solve them . I had a great stay and she was so fast at replying and helping throughout everything .

Our vacation was very relaxing. A beautiful Mediterranean and well-kept complex with small cottages and privacy. Also a very nice pool and private beach. You have to get used to the train line, but it runs on the entire coast and affects all the houses here. If you want to shop, go out in the evening or go for dinner, you always need a car. But that wasn't a problem for us.

The place was more than we expected. We had a wonderful time. All the staff was incredibly friendly :)

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

Brand new and super-equipped place to stay. She has all the comforts you need, then there is Chiara who helped us with our every need and was always available. Apartment just steps from the sea and close to the center, great for always walking! Absolutely return

great host, accurate and punctual to recommend excellent, spacious, comfortable and with 3 bedrooms, the only problem is the state road 2 steps away, but closing the windows is fine, among other things in summer there is no air conditioning. Thanks to Marco for everything.

Judith’s Italian home far exceeded my expectations. The surrounding fields of sunflowers, barley, grapes and more are indescribable. The 5 bedrooms in the main house are all upstairs and each has a private bathroom. There is also a downstairs bathroom. Everything was charming, clean, comfortable and decorated as if it were truly a home. The casita has 2 rather small bedrooms upstairs with no attached bathroom, but they were clean and comfortable. There is a bathroom upstairs and downstairs in the casita. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the outdoor bbq was great, as was the retractable sunshade and swimming pool. Steps are required to get to the bedrooms, which was an issue for my 90 year old parents, but not for any of the other 10 of us; and there are a couple of low beams which can easily be avoided. Judith and Maja were promptly responsive to a couple of minor issues and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the Italian countryside!

A great location, we highly recommend it, beautiful places if you are travelers who want to conjoin the sea and tour in the most characteristic places in the Marche. This place was perfect for an affordable short stay. The place has automatic blackout blinds which were amazing. If you open the blinds there’s a relatively nice view of a wall with some lovely flower pots. The kitchen was very well stocked, the beds were comfy and it was spotless. Leo was an amazing host who went above and beyond to help us when we were there. We couldn’t rate him highly enough!! Thank you Leo.

We already know Patrizia from last year and the contact with her was great again! She likes to respond (well in advance) to personal requests, had some groceries and breakfast for us and was incredibly flexible and accommodating with check-in and check-out times. The apartment is well equipped and exceptionally clean. We visited Patrizia's apartment for 2 years in a row, which is probably the best sign for a great apartment with an excellent host! Thank you and happy to come back :)

Positive experience. Great location. Although the property does not have a parking space, it is not difficult to park in the area.

Massimo's apartment is very functional, equipped with every comfort, clean and very comfortable because just a few meters from the sea. It was a very pleasant stay and Massimo was always very helpful despite not being present in those days. Absolutely recommend!

A tidy cozy apartment is an immediate yard, convenient for parking. To reach the Jura in a few minutes after crossing the street through the tunnel. Sounds can be heard from the train and by car as is budding for those towns but hear the first days of getting used to it later. I loved getting back.

Beautiful refurbished apartment for a couple or a small family. Very clean and tidy and comfortable place to stay in with amazing view of the San Giorgio Harbour on the right and beautiful beach on the left. A walking distance to the beach and many restaurants, also with approximately 15 min walk to the central town and railway station. Matteo and Anna Chiara were very kind, very helpful and promptly responsive to any questions and requests we had and we felt comfortable in this property. They are fantastic hosts, thank you again for taking care!
