Our stay was simply wonderful. The lovingly furnished apartment had everything we needed and more. The terrace offered a breathtaking view of the sea and we could enjoy beautiful sunsets. By car, everything in the area was easily accessible and the area itself was just lovely. Isolina and her daughter were nice and accommodating hosts. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Very quiet location near the beach that you can reach immediately. Beautiful and clean accommodation, with a beautiful garden in front. For us, it was a wonderful relaxing and peaceful stay. Gulf residences highly recommended!

I can’t say enough amazing things about this place. Firstly, Stefania is a wonderful, welcoming and friendly host. She met me when I arrived and I felt right at home. She had local recommendations, offered additional services (massages, truffle hunting, a cooking class and more) and her instructions were clear on how to get there and check in on your own if needed. It’s also literally next to the main area of Montepulciano - it’s such a great location to be in. I would absolutely stay here again and hope to visit again soon!

The apartment was great, clean. Check in process was flexible and easy to follow. The location is quite good, everything is walkable, sea is 2 min walk. For the car parking there is public free parking within a km, nearby parkings were always full with machines. Micbela was great, she was very responsive and every ask was satisfied. This place is carefully designed to the smallest detail, from the furniture to the speakers. The building is a historic one in a central location near restaurants and places to eat but quiet nonetheless. Guendalina is a great host, extremely communicative and welcoming. The one slight drawback is the house runs a little warm as is to be expected from a top floor apartment, though there is air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Recommended for stays in Orbetello and environs!

This house is lovely and quiet with beautiful surroundings. The location is a quick drive to town and convenient for drives out of town as well.

Alberto's place is great. Very large and well set up for guests. Plenty of amenities and all the things you would possibly need. The check in process was seamless and communication from Alberto was always quick and clear. Would love to stay here again for a longer period. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely time in Laurie's place. The house is stylish, modern and well furnished with comfortable beds, good linnen and lovely bathrooms. The house remains cool even when it's hot outside and we welcomed the insect screens which kept the bugs at bay. Laurie was very communicative and helpful via text since she was not in town at the time of our visit. The area is very peaceful and there are lovely views of the countryside from the house. Radicofani is a tiny little town, sweet and picturesque for a day visit with stunning views from the castle on the hill. The towns in the vicinity are all 40 mins to an hour away due to the winding roads so be prepared to do quite a bit of driving if you are planning on exploring the area. Overall we had a good time and we able to relax and slow down in these quiet little towns after the rush rush rush of city life.

Great place and great location. My wife and I spent 2 weeks there with 3 kids and enjoyed every day. Sea is very close - public beach. There are a lot of interesting places to visit nearby. I recommend this place for everyone. Thanks Roberto!
