Pretty little cottage located in the middle of nature Carlo and Roberto are very kind and welcoming. With beautiful little touches Perfect for going green! We enjoyed our living space for the duration of the stay, the accommodation is well equipped and has a deckchair and a table for eating on the terrace I highly recommend it, a real change of scenery! In addition, the place is located near the beach, 15 min walk Don't hesitate to rent a scooter in Diano Marina to fully enjoy the coasts and not get too tired on the climbs ;) If you want to be in a different setting and in a quiet place, this is the perfect place.

Great location, many restaurants in a 15 minute walk radius. Very good space for a family with many bathrooms. For tennis enthusiasts, there are red clay tennis courts for a small fee 5 minutes away. Public beach is 15 minutes walk.

Beautiful house, comfortable, bright and spacious, very well located for those who want to visit Sanremo. We had all the advantages of being a few km from the city without the inconveniences of noise and crowds of tourists. Lorenzo welcomed us in person and gave us the tour of the property, explaining everything about the apartment and the neighborhood. During our stay he was available to answer our questions and to help us organize our outings. Thank you very much for hosting us. 🙂

Very nice peaceful place we came for a family gathering. Plenty of space, very nice room for the evening to play with family with baby-foots, billiards, various games. Accompany a very nice outdoor space where the rest is available for games, trampoline, swimming pool, Ping Ping table... BBQ , pizza oven..: Recommended

The apartment is very spacious and each bedroom has air conditioning. It is located on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the sea. There is also an elevator in the building which is very convenient. Lara is a very friendly lady and always attentive. We had a very pleasant week in Sanremo. The apartment is to be recommended. We will certainly return again.

Except for the wifi and power grid, everything was perfectly exactly as described. Davide was always available immediately if something was unclear. The neighbor Pietro is also super nice and helpful.

Dear Laura, thank you very much for the great vacation in Sanremo with your little house (Casetta), your warm manner and your endless helpfulness. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The house with its loving furnishings is an absolute recommendation. Ideal for those who want to spend a holiday in the middle of a great Italian city by the sea. We were there as a family (2 adults and 3 children/teenagers) and it was just great. Everything is within walking distance - culture, shops, beaches, restaurants. Actually, you don't need a car. But if you arrive by car, there is even an extra garage for it (what a luxury in a city). That was definitely not our last vacation with you! :)

Our stay with Fulvio and Ornella in their beautiful house in Moano was simply unforgettable! The lovingly furnished family home exudes a very special charm. Each room is equipped with a lot of heart and numerous family-related items that give the house a warm and inviting atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, which is perfect for sociable evenings outdoors. The well-kept garden with the small pool offers a wonderful oasis of calm. With three cozy bedrooms, we had plenty of space, and the parking right in front of the house in the small village was very convenient. In just 30 minutes you can reach the coast and the harbor of Imperia – perfect for day trips to the sea or the surrounding area. Really a very special place to feel good!

We had a really great time on our beach vacation. The house was very suitable for our needs and would have been great for more than two people. We thank you for the kindness in the welcome and in the information to help us settle in the area.

i spent two nights in this atypical, charming accommodation, between trees and sky. after a beautiful road that winds through the forest, the access (only on foot) is via a tiny very steep path/staircase in the forest (a good 1/4 hour of climbing), but Jürgen's explanations were very accurate and I had no trouble finding it. on site, very friendly welcome from Sylvia. everything is rustic, tinkered, but full of charm and impeccable cleanliness. outdoor shower fed by the water of the source, dry toilet, no electricity, so candle lighting and at the glow of hundreds of fireflies, magical. a place that deserves to be, but where I will surely come back.

Really superlative experience! Angela is a caring and kind host, she fills you with attention and gifts at km0 from her lush garden (lemon and sweet and juicy grapefruits). The location is enviable for its panorama and tranquility, while the swimming pool and gazebo/solarium are a bonus worthy of an exclusive resort. In short, this gem on the hills of Ventimiglia, a stone's throw from Menton, is an accommodation option not to be missed!

We spent two great weeks at Marinella. The reception was super warm. We received a lot of help and great recommendations from Marinella and Anthony. The antique mill is equipped with everything you need. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be. We had minimal Internet reception at times. I had a mobile router with me, which was mounted on a fishing rod and thus WiFi was available for googling and sending pictures. There are beautiful brown trout in the river by the house. The post office for the fishing license is directly on the street. We would like to thank you again and hope that we will make it to the antique mill again.

We had a great time. The only downside would be the city's public elevators, which lead up the mountain. Unfortunately, of our 13-day stay, all 3 elevators only worked for 5 days, but Marecello is not to blame for that. Without the elevators, the way up from the beach is quite exhausting, especially with children. The accommodation was very great and the view from the roof terrace was great. Since the apartment is under the roof, it was unfortunately very warm. Here, you could possibly think about air conditioning.

Words cannot describe how gorgeous Anna’s place is. This home exceeded all of my expectations, and I could not stop staring out the windows. From your balcony you can see three countries, mountains, and ocean. It truly is a once in a life time place. You are of course up in a mountain so limited things around you to do but the city center is right at the base and there are plenty of amazing restaurants. For freedom it is important to rent a car as taxis up and down can add up. We found ourselves walking down and then taxiing up to save $ which was a beautiful scenic walk and enjoyable, but not the best option for those less able bodied. We also found it easy to use delivery apps to deliver groceries and food to us on days we did not go down. Unfortunately we were in the off season of tourism, but still found plenty restaurants open to enjoy. Anna is very proactive in helping arrange anything you need whether to call a taxi, or other needs. Do not hesitate to book this stay!

We had a fantastic time staying here. We loved spending time at the pool and the accommodation was everything we needed. We spent most days enjoying breakfast, lunch and dinner in our little garden. We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful house in peaceful surroundings. Amazing pool and the house exactly as described with everything you could need, everything had been thought of and provided. Devil is a very attentive and helpful host. We loved our stay!

We were in Colletta with a large group of friends in several appartments to go climbing in the area. The location is perfect, you can walk to several sectors and many others are a short drive away. We had a really good time in the appartment as well!

The location is absolutely stunning — one of the most beautiful and peaceful places I’ve ever visited. The apartment was spotless and equipped with all the necessary amenities. It has retained its original charm, while the interior has been fully renovated to modern standards. We received a warm welcome from Ana, who showed us around the apartment and the surroundings. The small restaurant nearby is both affordable and of excellent quality. My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer.

Lorenzo and his wife offer a unique totally loving idyll in the hinterland. Between olive trees, wine and huge figs you can find pure relaxation. We spent two great weeks there. They were always cared for and felt completely comfortable. The pool offers a valuable alternative to the totally crowded beaches in summer. If you love peace and scenery, this is the place to be.
