The apartment is in a lovely village and is lovely. We were welcomed and treated very well and spent days in absolute tranquility and in a true mountain spirit. An oasis of peace, to recommend!

Laura was a great host, very helpful and present in welcoming us and accompanying us to the house, in showing us the area to park and in the final greetings. There were four of us plus two dogs, we had a great time. Cozy house, heated and equipped with every comfort, built on two levels with two bathrooms, spacious in the right places. It will be a reference point and one more reason to return to Castel di Sangro!

Vittorio's place was amazing. The area is even more beautiful than in the pictures, and it really does feel away from it all. The house was very comfortable—Vittorio thought of everything in equipping the house, way beyond the listed amenities. Also, he took care to clean the pool every single morning, and did that super early: we were waking up pretty early ourselves, and we still never saw him do it. As a host, Vittorio was an active communicator and went out of his way to make sure our stay was easy and comfortable. For example, he personally guided us to the house from town, which was not necessary (we found it pretty easy to get around Agnone) but still very helpful. Also, for our kids, this place was a real winner. They didn't want to leave! They had a pool to themselves, got to visit horses everyday, watched fireflies at night, and just had a fun time outside. It was wonderful!

What a lovely little town! Very quiet about 10-15 minutes off the main highway the little village is quaint with friendly neighbors. Anna the host was very helpful and welcomed us with fresh mozzarella, pasta and sauce. We enjoyed horse back riding and went to the local lake which was fun. You will definitely get your steps in walking up the steep roads which we loved.

An unforgettable stay. The apartment is attention to detail, a special attention to guests. The apartment enjoys a spectacular view, it is clean, the rooms are comfortable, everything is perfect. The owner is a lovely and available person. The parking space is reserved and thanks to the directions provided it is easily accessible from the street. Unexpectedly we found what is most necessary for a hearty breakfast even if only for one night. An immersive experience in nature and greenery. The perfect stay for those looking for tranquility and at the same time want to visit the places and cultural heritage of the area. Our rating is 10/10!!! We will definitely be back.

A fantastic gem in a charming Italian town! Our host was so helpful and responsive. The location was perfect for walking around the town. Max’s Pub was around the corner and very helpful too! What an amazing town. Apartment was spacious for three of us. Super clean and comfortable.

Caterina was extremely helpful and helpful, always ready to support us. The property met our needs exactly, it was clean and suitable for a family like ours with small children and with the park immediately in front of the property. The ease of parking is definitely another point in favor of the property. Definitely a property that we recommend and that we will consider future visits to Roccaraso!

The house was a dream comfort, considering an 8-degree storm outside, the air conditioning was suitable. The fact that the heating is turned off, the night was not a problem, the house is very well insulated. The attic bedrooms with the skylights were very romantic and pleasantly furnished. Super comfortable beds and warm, light duvets. The shower is very functional. The fireplace with fir wood burning in the kitchen while we prepared meals was the icing on the cake. It definitely exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to go back!

Luca was a very helpful host, always ready to provide all the information requested. The accommodation was clean, tidy and well equipped, with a stocked kitchen and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient, with parking always available. The garden is a real plus, perfect for relaxing. The only small drawback was an Internet connection problem, but unfortunately the coverage in the area is not optimal. Despite this, I definitely recommend this house for a weekend with friends or family, in a quiet setting and close to beautiful places to hike or picnic on the lake.

House very suitable for groups of friends. The common areas are well organized and allow you to spend time together. The house is well equipped, of course there is talk of a villa and you can find a little humidity, but the environment is very warm and welcoming. Recommended, we will definitely be back.

This is the second year we are staying in this facility. Like the previous time, everything went perfectly. Paola is very kind and available to accommodate every request as far as possible. The property is ideal for large groups of people, it allows you to have a common area where you can share lunches, dinners and various moments of the day and private areas for the night.

Excellent experience, the house is located in a quiet place a few kilometers from Castel di Sangro. Spacious apartment with large living area on the ground floor and comfortable rooms on the first floor! Everything you need to stay is available! Mrs. Marisa is very available and flexible for check-in and check-out!

A very familiar accommodation, basically six guests at the couple's house and they make it so. For those driving, the distance from the city is irrelevant. Very good value for money

We just had a wonderful stay at this lovely extremely peaceful home. Everything is done to feel at home; welcoming, warm, very nicely decorated, very well equipped, very clean. The garden in the middle of olive trees equipped with hammocks and a large barbecue is a real pleasure and the pool is a delight for everyone (sunbed, umbrella...) . The beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning is welcome. The village is very quiet (you absolutely have to go and discover the restaurant! A delight) . The environment is beautiful. Our host was very available responsive and warm. Check-in and check-out times have been flexible. We strongly recommend this house. We'll keep a great memory of it. Thanks to Maria .
