This antique, tiny, cozy and calm little house, belonged - indeed - to zia Maddalena, has been totally renewed and it's located at around one-hundred meters form the historic center of the wonderful village of Civitanova del Sannio. It is composed by a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom with a double-bed and a day-bed, a smaller bedroom with a one-place bed and a bathroom with a shower. We are in the charming village of Montenero Valcocchiara about 6 km from the most famous Castel di Sangro and Alfedena and about 15 from Roccaraso. The house is a finely renovated old barn, with stone walls and a large equipped garden. The two levels are organized as follows: on the ground floor, living room with fireplace, bright dining area, kitchen and a bathroom complete with shower.
